   Absolutely amazing clinic! Transformed my skin. Went for acne treatment and over the months has cleared it up. Receptionists are lovely and very friendly and professional! And Elizabeth who was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole treatment and extremely supportive.

   I have been attending the Specialist Skin Clinic for many years due to my recurring xanthelasmas, Dr Gonzalez has always been professional, kind and courteous. The first time I attended I had no idea what to expect and it was explained to me that xanthelasmas can be reduced considerably but would return over time in different areas or even around the same area due to them being genetic in my case. Sometimes it takes two visits to completely eradicate the xanthelasma, although most of the time one visit is enough. I am completely happy with the treatment I have received over the years & would happily recommend Dr Gonzalez to anyone that asks. I feel so much more confident after a visit to the clinic & in my opinion it’s worth every penny.

   I visited the clinic for the first time to have some moles and lesions removed and saw Dr Rachel Abbott and her assistant. Both were absolutely fantastic, professional and caring. I had been waiting on the NHS to have a possible skin cancer reviewed and Dr Abbott gave me her assessment there and then clearly and for no extra charge , putting my mind at ease. There was no hard sell , pushing me for any procedures just clear explanations and clinically she was excellent in removing my moles . Well done all - you're setting a proud example for your profession in a private clinic.

   I was quite anxious attending my first consultation but was pleasantly surprised how relaxed the clinic was ,not feeling as if I was going into a medical clinic. The ladies on reception were so lovely and chatty so that put me at ease immediately. Then I met Cory the lady who was to treat me. I feel I have made a new friend in her she’s so so lovely and absolutely amazing at her job. My treatment is finished now and I’m rather sad I don’t need to go back again!    I visited the clinic in January 2021 following numerous GP appointments with no resolution due to my anxiety over redness on my face. Dr Gonzalez instantly put me at ease and developed a treatment plan to treat my rosacea. I had pulse dye laser treatment and I am still receiving treatment today, but less frequent (every 6 months). The results are better than we could have ever wished for and Dr Gonzalez and Imtiaz put me at ease every time I attend the clinic and are always on hand after the treatment. The clinic is very clean and well maintained and Sian on reception is excellent and always extremely helpful. I would highly recommend specialist skin clinic and would not go anywhere else. I feel more confident in myself due to the treatment I am receiving.

   I have been having HydraFacial’s every 8 weeks since July 2022 with Imtiaz who is extremely professional and clearly explains every step of the process. I am thrilled with the results of these facials as my skin has shown consistent improvement - it looks hydrated and healthy after each treatment. Imtiaz is always so welcoming and I highly recommend her and the excellent experience offered at this clinic.

My skin has shown marked improvement over the course of my treatments and I am delighted with the results.    Dr Owen was a really lovely, personable and approachable doctor who did an amazing job helping me with the rash on my hand. She diagnosed it straight away after I had been misdiagnosed 3 times at the pharmacy and not able to get a GP appointment despite it being a serious and contagious condition. Dr Owen prescribed a medication which worked straight away and a follow up consultation a week later ensured everything was ok. I’m so pleased with the service and how Dr Owen made me feel heard, not rushed and treated me so professionally. It was such a relief to get rid of the condition so quickly. Thank you!
