   I've been going to Lacy at this Salon for the last year for waxing. She is absolutely the best therapist I've been to over the years which is why I keep going back, and recommend her to friends and family. The salon is calm and relaxing and Lacy is really welcoming and puts you at ease. She's has a wealth of knowledge if you have any beauty/wellbeing questions and I will be trying out some other treatments this year. Prices are very reasonable and you get value for money.

   I have been going to Lacy for years, I firstly went to get my eyebrows waxed. Ever since the treatments I get with Lacy have continued to increase. I now have waxing done for multiple body parts, eyebrow tinting and biab nails. I have previously had other treatments including laminated brows. Lacy is personable and professional. She ensures that you understand the treatment you are having done, checking you’re happy and is always happy to adapt things if I request them. I trust Lacy with my treatments and now she will always do a fab job! Many of my friends and family now go to Lacy couldn’t recommend her enough

   Lovely beauty salon with a fantastic therapist. Professional but also friendly and caring. Lamination is amazing. Ive had them done in other salons and not really been able to see any difference, with Lacy you can. Look fantastic. Also given great after care advise. Would definitely recommend.

   What can I say, Lacy is amazing. Before Lacy my brows were just there, nothing special. Now they look amazing. I get so many compliments on my brows and how good they look. The colour is spot on and the shape is just perfect. I suffer with psoriasis and I get flare ups but it’s never effected the way my brows look at the end. The care and attention is beyond what I’ve experienced before. You’re not only getting an amazing service from Lacy she is a lovely person too. I have passed on my recommendation to friends and family members who have all raved about the services and Lacy as a person.

   Lacey's Salon is the a little bit of Zen in Cardiff. From great treatments, to a lovely salon manager to the most relaxing atmosphere - Lacey's Salon is perfect. From the minute you walk through the door, you and Lacey are the only people in Salon, which makes it the most relaxing experience, and you have the choice whether to talk to opt for a 'silent' treatment where you can truly rela to the music and the treatment. In addition to being relaxing, Lacey's Salon has helped me overcome my nail biting - At 33 years old I thought this was IMPOSSIBLE - But somehow Lacey has worked miracles and beaten the odds - and now I have a lush set of nails - that I'm always getting compliments on. This is completely down to Lacey's knowledge within the industry. There is NO better salon in Cardiff than LBB!!

   I can highly recommend La Beaute Boutique, if you have a treatment you will not be disappointed! I was worried about attending during the pandemic but Lacy has made many changes to accommodate the regulations. Every time i have visited i have felt safe and listened too, with procedures being followed at every step. I have been having treatment at the boutique for many years and in that time Lacy is always professional and provides the highest level of service. She is always looking for ways to improve treatments and the experience for clients. Lacy genuinely loves what she does and it shows in the high standard she sets every time I visit.
