   Ellie was lovely. She could not have been more professional and welcoming from start to finish. She offered me a drink straight away and we settled down to go through the consultation. She was clear, informative and checked my understanding at each step. She double checked my forms and asked for clarity on one or two just to be clear. At my request Ellie focussed in our first electrolysis section on some clusters of dark hair on my top lip and chin which trigger my dysphoria a little and cleared them completely. i had forgotten to use my numbing cream, but the discomfort was minimal (I used to have electrolysis elsewhere in the past). Ellie cleared all of these (which were long enough to take) I went away very happy. Skin redness subsided quicky and swelling was minimal to non existent. I could not be happier

   I've had a few sessions of laser tattoo removal and laser hair removal. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and professional which puts my mind at ease, I usually get very anxious beforehand. Tattoo removal, I find it particularly painful but worth it as you start to see the tattoo fading after a few sessions. Hair removal is much less painful and it's worked for me so far, I'm looking forward to more sessions for longer term results. I recommend LaserWise for both of these treatments.

   Suzanne was super professional, friendly and reassuring before the laser treatment, as I was apprehensive about the bright light. The treatment was quick with a small sting; the treatment around the more sensitive nose area was fine with just a tingle. I am hoping the results will be as good as the treatment!
