    Called into chemist as I was experiencing a very sore and itchy eye. The pharmasist asked me a few details, including my medication and allergies After examining my eye, prescribed me with eye drops. Wonderful after a couple of days problem was resolved, cant thank them enough, all staff are very kind and will take time to listen to you.

    I've used this chemist for over 30 years under many different ownerships and I wouldn't dream of using any other in Penarth. The staff have always been extremely knowledgeable, caring, helpful and diligent. They've gone to extreme lengths to help with prescription and doctors surgery drama's. If anything is needed eg. dressings, steri straps, etc, and it's not on the shelf, ask the pharmacy assistants and 9 times out of 10 they have it. Lovely selection of gifts and personal care items too. First class pharmacy with personal service at it's highest
