   I was initially a bit wary to leave a negative review for this business as it appears if you do, they will search their customer records to identify the reviewer in question. Doesn't feel like a lawful reason to me... Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy if you work a job or have literally anything else to do with your time. They don't seem to understand the meaning of the word 'queue' and if you're extremely lucky, they won't have your prescription and ask you to return the following day, upon which you might be told they just forgot to order your meds again! I'm so glad to take yet another hour from my working day... Terrible service.

   Used Mayberry Pharmacy for many years and since my accident in 2004 my health has deteriorated. Nothing is ever a problem and I have my prescriptions delivered every month without having to order them as Mayberry do all the leg work. The delivery driver is very friendly and always stops for a chat and Joseph the pharmacist always immediately replies to any email requests or questions and are always happy to help. All the staff are very friendly and nice to be known on first name terms. Nothing is ever too much trouble so much so that my family and my wife’s family have all joined Mayberry’s Caerphilly for all repeat prescriptions. Small business premises but that personal touch is what more businesses need to adapt. Always a pleasure and never a problem.

   Always excellent service from Jo and his team. A very busy pharmacy but I receive a text when my prescription is ready and prescription always ready for me to collect. A difficult job in difficult times. Keep up the good work.

   Very helpful pharmacist, my medication was out of stock in various pharmacy's in my area .The pharmacist suggested an alternative medicine that they had available so I was able to get my gp to prescribe that instead .three other chemist that I spoke to prior to mayberry just said the medicine was unavailable.Thankyou so much, fantastic care and service.
