Hello. I brought my dog to the clinic for the second time today and thank you for treating him calmly and respectfully.
Helpful and friendly receptionist’s, especially the lady with blonde curly hair. Vet Dan Jones was so kind to my boy Snoop, Dan was extremely gentle and reassuring. Thank you so much
We have used Park Vets for the past 25+ years and always found them excellent. Over the last nine months our dog Harry who was 15 under went an operation on his neck. It was a great success and he bounced out of it, with a new lease of life. Sadly he was taken ill in July and it was decided he would have teeth out. Following tests it was found he was a very poorly boy. We made the sad decision for him to be put to sleep. Through all of this the practise were excellent, in particular Michaela made this sad process easier to bear. All staff were so lovely and supportive. I would recommend them to everyone.

the veterinary staff are very good but obviously told to extract as much money as they can at over inflated prices which isnt relaid to you until the bill....my dog had an operation which cost almost £3000 insurance paid £1700 leaving us the rest ...they had agreed a payment plan but have told us that they must receive over £300 by next week ....not happening theyll have to sue me or set up a more realistic figure....the standard of care received for my dog was 2nd to none ...certainly not disputing the bill .park vets like everything these days are a bit pricey but i would definitely recommend but i think realistic payment plans would be fair
We were incredibly grateful for our experience with Parkvets - they did a fantastic job fitting our Labrador in for surgery at short notice, and were really flexible at being able to see her quickly when she had some complications! Thankfully she is back to her normal level of activity - running around, tail wagging, and stealing all the cat food! Thankyou so much for everything!

Went to the practice today… for the first time with my Cat, I am very pleased with a lot of things here at park vets. Samantha who works for reception is absolutely incredible and gave me a lot of her time to answering all my queries, the vet Christina was very very lovely and kind she also gave us a lot of her time today which was very much appreciated. My cat loves the fact the practice has a separate waiting room for cats. Overall a really lovely vets office with late opening hours too. We are very pleased highly recommend.
