Exactly a year ago I saw the pharmacist for advice on what I thought was conjunctivitis; he told me I probably had shingles and to go to A&E immediately. Thanks to him I was referred to the Bristol Eye Hospital that same day. I did indeed have shingles and was given appropriate medication - I was very ill for three weeks, but thanks to your pharmacist no lasting damage was done to my eyes. I will be forever grateful to him.”

“My cat was registered with Beaconsfield Veterinary Clinic for most of his life. When he hurt his eye & developed an eye ulcer, their care & advice was first rate. The staff are compassionate & caring towards pets & owners. When my precious little cat got old, he attended several senior Cat Clinics & they were quick to identify health problems & offer advice. Sadly, when the time came & my precious boy was dying, the Veterinary Doctor advised me on when was the best time to let him go. Not only were they kind, humane & professional towards my boy, but they made sure I was comforted too. I have no regrets about any of the treatment they offered. They were always looking out for my pet's welfare & worked to ensure that he had a long & happy life. Some treatments, although potentially expensive, were always done with a full explanation of what was needed & why. I have no reservations about recommending this practice and I would like to thank them for their care of my beautiful cat.”
