   The meds dispenser gave me my husband's prescription because they didn't check the first name, although I told them my full name. Also, when I went to tell them about the mistake, they said that the problem will be resolved. It was, but just half way. They didn't have the number of tablets I have been prescribed, gave less, but didn't bother to inform me - my mistake, I didn't count them. Anyway, in the end, couple of days later someone rang the doorbell and dropped the rest of my prescription.

   Do not recommend this place, owner is rude, told to collect meds at 3 ish, came in at 8 so it gave them time, not made up and acted like it was my problem. Staff (young woman) out the back huffing and moaning, my god never again!! I did get my meds hence why 2 star but the place seems so disorganised and I know a former staff member who confirms how vile it is there too!!

   My partner arrived at 8:45 this evening after being directed there by the Boots pharmacy in Worle. He explained that he had been bitten on his ankle in the last 48 hours and was feeling nauseous and unwell, along with a clearly swollen ankle/leg. The pharmacist refused to assist him saying, “it’s 10 to 9 now and we close in 10 minutes, this is going to take me at least 20 minutes so you’ll have to come back tomorrow”. My partner has been in London working for 2 days, and has driven back clearly unwell to be at home and sought professional help in his circumstances, to be faced with rejection from not only Boots who only deal with “mental health issues” for their last half hour of business, but then by a clearly unbothered pharmacist at this pharmacy who was more concerned about their home time than the welfare of their patient. We explored the pharmacist avenue to avoid bombarding our A&E department with what could be a quick assessment and prescription, but have now had no option but to wake our 2 year old son to drag him to A&E to take up further valuable time where the pharmacists could have stepped in and prevented this. For the future, if your closing time is 9, but the last appointment/customer you can assist is 8:40pm then I suggest you adjust your opening hours to reflect this. The poor attitude and lack of empathy or attempt to assist is appalling.

   Mojo himself, Liam Anita lovely can not fault drivers amazing ! Other staff members so so rude ! Trying to collect items to make it easier to take strain off of drivers , getting spoken too like you’re a child is not on.. where is customer service? Everybody is under stress at work but you should not be taking this out on your customers, I’ve tried talking to the manager via email with no reply. I’ve changed delivery to collection and still it’s wrong. My poor husband always gets it, as I’ve been unwell the last 6 months. I’ve followed Mojo from when he was with Lloyds and took up his own Pharmacy. You don’t know what your customers are going through so try and be kind
