   I attended A&E last night and was there from 6pm until 4am. After such a long and exhausting wait, the doctor finally prescribed medication that I urgently need. The following day, my partner went back to the hospital to collect the medication, only to be told by the pharmacy staff that they “don’t dispense that medication there.” This makes absolutely no sense, considering it was prescribed by the hospital itself. This medication is very important to my health, and being sent away like that was incredibly disappointing and stressful. After spending ten hours in hospital overnight, this is the last thing anyone should have to deal with. Weston General is becoming worse and worse, and this experience was honestly shocking.

   Awful service. Never ready when you go to collect. No system in place. Staff behind the counter seem to have no idea what system they are using. Talking about giving tickets, writing people in a book and no one knowing what process rheybare currently using. Told to collect Monday, left it an extra few days to make sure it was ready and when we arrived Thursday afternoon told it wasn't ready and there would be a half hour wait. Other people waiting due to complete incompetence and chaos. Unable to find people prescriptions. Many coming from oncology and told they are having to wait 2 hours to collect. Its just not acceptable. Unable to take prescription elsewhere as assuming the hospital want the money for it. Wish I didn't need to use this pharmacy but no other option.
