The first and last time I'll use this pharmacy. Went in for a flu jab and was the only person waiting for one. After 25–30 minutes with no acknowledgement or update, I chose to leave. Staff were serving others and chatting among themselves, but no one addressed me or explained any delay. I left without the vaccination and won’t be returning. Disappointed.
Very friendly and knowledgeable pharmacist, gave undivided attention and went out of his way to help, have signed up for the home delivery option now, as we trust this pharmacy and have been very happy with the service, now, we just order our prescription from the surgery and the guys at shaws pharmacy quick turn it around and it's posted straight to our home address! Game changer! So glad to have this sorted out for us, thank you Riju! You're doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend this pharmacy.
I moved here after years of suffering at another local pharmacy. Game changer! This pharmacy never keeps its customers waiting hours, I get a handy text when my prescriptions are ready, there's never stock issues, the pharmacist always knows how I am and they're all friendly and helpful. If you're (also) having a terrible time at a pharmacy nearby, do yourself a favour and switch to the fabulous Moorland Road! Excellent work.
Moved here from another local chemist and wow the service is amazing and tablets always ready and staff can find them straight away. Thanks so much for your amazing staff
