   Nice people but incredibly slow to serve you, waited in line for 30 mins to be told thay hadn't got around to mine yet, come back later. Waste of time and very frustrating

   This is has to be by far the worst pharmacy I've ever come across and it pains me to use them, it's only when I have no other option I go there and every time there is an issue, I don't know if it's a management thing or the entire pharmacy need retraining. There's one person on the counter and if she has to go ask about something she will wait til the other person has finished what they are doing, she will literally stay there for 10-15 mins and not serve anyone else in the meantime and she has a face of thunder 24-7 there's zero customers service, I've waited in line for 45 mins before now only to be told they haven't got what I need then she runs off for 15 mins and then someone else will come and talk to me then they will run off and chat to someone else to finally receive my medicine and hour after I've entered the shop. It's ever time I've never walk in asked for my meds and walked back out again never. Re train your staff, update your computer system and hire more people

   Attend 2 flue jabs all good on 13/09/2021. To my horror have been issued with parking ticket because parking was not validated Was not made aware of the new scheme in store costly visit will not Return to Weston super mare Tesco again

   Terrible and rude.i work shifts and I'm a carer, prescriptions get lost ect.all the excuses in the world....stress galore every month it's the same....don't have the energy to say no more about this service.the end.

   Small pharmacy inside the large Tesco store in Weston super Mare. Very handy for picking up prescriptions whilst doing the shopping. There is a small seating area if you do need to wait and the in store cafe is close by. Service is very friendly, helpful and informative. Waiting time for prescriptions is usually minimal.
