Staff were friendly .i was horrified at the clinical /treatment room being filthy dirty I dread to think last times floors were cleaned and all work surfaces .
Annoyed I have to give this farce of a place any stars at all. Started using this Pharmacy a few months ago and have had nothing but problems. One of the female pharmacists is rude ignorant and worse of all a liar. I am really amazed at people giving good reviews . Medication is never delivered and when you go in the never have it ready or the complete amount. This time i was given 8 tablets of an emergency order but could not get the rest as it was a heart tablet it was very important, Little Miss liar tried to fob me off with " it's out for delivery" well he must have gone via China because 3 days later he still had not arrived . To be honest they are so bad that I have reported them to the General Pharmaceutical council, someone if not all needs to lose their licence before they cause real harm to someone
Since the present owners took over from Lloyds Pharmacy, the service has been excellent. Medication almost always immediately available, and the staff recognise regular customers.
I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of months now with no issues. But I was prescribed medication yesterday that are urgent. When they hadn't arrived this morning I called up at lunchtime (as I am supposed to take them before food and had held off eating up to then) and asked if they are coming otherwise I'd ask my husband to collect them. The man assured me they were being delivered. I called again at 4pm to be told they were out with the delivery driver. I called again at 6pm and explained they were urgent and was told he would call the delivery driver straight away. It's now nearly 8pm and I have now missed a whole day of taking the medication and it still isn't here. I am at the end of my tether - this is not what you need when you are not feeling well. So I now have a night with no medication too. Think I'll be switching to a different chemist! Very disappointed as I like to support independent businesses, but clearly this one isn't up to the job.
I never leave reviews, but the team at Worle Pharmacy deserve one. They are so friendly and helpful to everyone that walks through the door. I was using another pharmacy for many years but used to dread my bi monthly visit to collect a repeat prescription. I wish Iād starting using Worle Pharmacy before
No more Lloyds frustrations of the prescription not been made up, not received from surgery or being made up off-site, come back in 20 minutes etc etc. Repeat prescriptions ready on time always. Great staff, great service. Five ā
