   Absolutely appalling. I heard nothing after putting a repeat prescription request (usually get a text saying it's ready) so visited the pharmacy. It turns out they have NO PHARMACIST working there so can't dispense prescriptions. There's no timeline on when they'll even get a pharmacist. How can you be a pharmacy and be unable to dispense prescriptions? And why wouldn't you proactively let customers know? As well as this (and as stated by other reviews) the pharmacy is never open when it says it is. This pharmacy used to be run by a different company and it was amazing. No idea why Jhoots has been allowed to take it over as they're awful.

   Had a message today from the Jhoots pharmacy based at 168 medical in Weston s Mare telling me my prescription was ready. Was a bit confused as I wasn’t expecting anything so I called in. Turns out the Antibiotics prescribed by my doctor 3 weeks ago was ready. This prescription was cancelled and sent to a different pharmacy as on the day my doctor prescribed them jhoots had already closed for the day at 16:50 on a Thursday. No wonder this group is failing. When I pointed out that the prescription was 3 weeks late. I was told well you obviously didn’t need them.

   Absolutely appalling pharmacy and service. I have rang for 4 days continuously and no one answer thw phones. Left loads of messages and no one gets back to you as promised.I have to ring to check my medication is in and a week later still no response. They are now closing at 5 which I only found out because I had to drive there in the end after work. Would not recommend and would advise anyone to go to another pharmacy. Did not wamt to leave any stars but had no choice

   The place is an absolute shambles and as previously mentioned is always randomly closed! For 3 days I have been trying to pick up a prescription, only for it to be closed yet again. They are in the business of providing an essential NHS service, yet clearly do not have the ability to do so. For your own sanity do not choose to get your prescriptions sent here.

   Been pretty forgiving with this place over the last 6 months - mostly because the main bloke I deal with there is such a good guy, but I’m getting totally sick of the lack of opening. They’re just never open when they say they are, and completely close randomly even though they say they’re open. This isn’t a staff issue, it’s an ownership issue. I’m swapping pharmacists and leaving for good. They’re a shambles. I’ve heard from a reliable family member in the field that Jhoots are notoriously bad at paying staff, so few want to work for them. So it’s no wonder they can’t stay open when they’re needed. It’s a shame this has happened to a previously good local pharmacy - after seeing the transition from Lloyds to Jhoots, I now recommend avoiding. Thought I’d give them a settling in period but little changed unfortunately - again not a staff issue, an ownership/management issue. After many years, I now recommend all customers now unfortunately move to pretty much any other local pharmacy - this one is no longer fit for purpose.

   My family are regular users of Lloyd's, Whitecross Road. They are now busier than ever and short staffed. I am dumbfounded that the highest professional standards are maintained, and that each and every member of staff devotes special care and individual attention to every patient / customer. All this whilst under pressure, yet remaining calm, courteous and with cheerfulness and willingness. Thanks, and well done J McLorinan.

   Lloyds Pharmacy, Whitecross Road, Weston-super-Mare. The most helpful pharmacist and staff I have ever encountered. Succeeded where the GP and Dentist have failed to help with remedies and pain relief and in sorting out the bureaucratic blunders of another pharmacy. I always take my family here and have always been treated with kindness and respect even when anxious and completely bewildered by my condition. I highly recommend this pharmacist and his staff and would like to say Thank You to them all from the Lutner family. You are VERY much appreciated.

   Great pharmacy only 15 mins walk from the town centre. I get my repeat prescription here every month and it's always on time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
