   Store and staff are fantastic, I've never had an issue with the store or its staff. PARKING WARNING! - DO NOT ENTER THE CARPARK BEFORE THE STORE IS OPEN AND TRY TO BE OUT BEFORE CLOSURE. ASDA Duffryn use ParkingEye to enforce carparking, I was just fined by ParkingEye for arriving (not even being parked) 2 minutes before the store was due to open. The parking company have placed signs up which say "3 HOURS MAX STAY" in big bold letters but underneath says you can't park outside of store opening times in much smaller font which is impossible to see from a moving car, IN THE DARK!. I parked in the carpark to make purchases in the store, I will now park in the petrol station by a pump and wait for the store to open instead. Fining people for being 2 minutes early for the store is a tad harsh, I could understand if it was 20, 30 minutes or an hour or more but 2 minutes?! bit of a slow few months was it ParkingEye? When I appealed the fine, ParkingEye rejected it but failed to explain that I had not overstayed my welcome, but that I'd been fined for entering the carpark 2 minutes before store opening. I only found out this by a 3rd party who had also been fined by them for the same thing. If you don't want people parking in the carpark outside of store opening hours THEN PUT A GATE AT THE ENTRANCE AND CLOSE IT!

   get charged incorrectly. have to argue with them to get item at the correct price instead they will try to fob you off and play the "we know nothing game" - "its not my/our fault", oh what a fun game to play. really grow up! that's great how about just do you job and sell the item at the price you have labelled it at, as is *legally* required? Products were all labelled with the wrong price labels underneath. The item I got was labelled "correctly" but it was still the wrong price when scanned! Maybe this is a new "price is right" game they have. This is in fact possibly illegal, particarly with such a callous disregard about providing misleading price indications. totally uncaring unempathetic attitudey customer service. also, don't start talking about the customer as they are walking away, a colleague said "has the customer upset you" followed by name calling and staring. (no you upset me, when you starting raising your voice and talking to someone like a child ("DID YOU WANT YOUR ITEM THEN", in really aggressive tone is not how you speak to people), making it personal and giving me bad attitude, not that you cared in the slightest about that!). BAD VIBES. clearly don't value their customers. AVOID. Don't care how cheap their crappy merchandise is, i will go elsewhere.

   Clean and tidy, loads of parking, plenty of stock. Lots of other services like Amazon parcel return, rug doctor, McDonald's, fuel etc.

   Shopped there this morning, filled up a trolly got to the check out only one till being operated. Staff walking around looking at the queue but to stupid to know what to do about it.left my shopping there and went to Tesco no problem to get served, all checkouts were maned. Won’t bother going to Asda again

   I used to love this store but feel it has gone down hill lately. Choice of products are very poor. The total lack of trolleys is so annoying, what is going on. I spent 15 mins looking for one on a few occasions. Due to this I am reluctant to return. I have contacted customer services but not even had a reply. This needs sorting asap!!

   On my vista today went to buy fireworks went to cigarette stand with voucher from fireworks stand she was very helpful and explained I had to buy voucher then go to fireworks stand which I did waited at stand for well over 10 mins no-one the there then went to customer service stand no one there 5 min later staff turned up and contradict every thing the lady from cigarette stand said I should have come to customer service stand first didn't apologies for the wait very rude ask to speak to a manager but blank it one star for cigarette staff very polite and helpful

   Use to love coming to this store , until I was buying electric and a women with blonde hair and glasses gave me wrong amount of change , I told her she was wrong and she just refused to talk to me . Another member of staff corrected her fault and as I left the store the women who denied my change just stared me out the store. Put complaints in to the manager but he just looks dead into air and walks off. Terrible customer service won't be coming back.
