    I have been going here for years. But unfortunately not anymore. Things have gone down hill . Not answering the phone. I can go on. I broke down up the doctor's this morning. Trying to sort this mess out. Thank god the receptionist is wonderful and now sorted. New chemist

    Not a well managed pharmacy, staff allowed do it their way which is NOT good. There is no accountability and apologizes do not cut the mustard. Customers WILL leave, and quite rightly.

    No customer service skills let people stand at the counter for ages before even acknowledging them. 4 months in a row no prescription for me to collect even though it’s on automatic repeat and go in a month in advance. They blame the GP surgery the GP surgery blames them. Handed a prescription in as they had to order the medication it would be ready after 11:30 for collection the following day. Turn up at 3pm. No sign of the proscription or medication. Have changed to another chemist.
