   I live some miles away from this Pharmacy but it is the nearest. The phone is never,ever answered so I have to make my way every time to get there. The Pharmacy used to do a good turnaround from Doctors sign off to pick up but has gone downhill fast in the past month or so. Waits of over a week from Doctors sign off are common, the text service of prescription pick up is not functioning so the service is so poor I’m taking my business away.

   Sadly was a good pharmacy. Based on the Oldmixon good wheelchair access but prepair to wait..... prepair to wait 3 days for your prescription as they are 3 days behind this is advertised on an A4 piece of paper put infront of the till due to sickness and increased workload very professional! I get they are busy but a simple sorry wouldnt go a miss and it now feels very much like customers are just D.o.B first line of the address and nothing personal all very corporate. Even Boots Locking castle feels better. Anyway time to try other pharmacies. Interesting the Survey cards are no longer being given out.

   Disappointed, I had a message about 10 days ago to say some of my prescription was ready, if I desperately need items call to see what is available or wait for another message. I've been trying to call daily for days now and no answer ever, I've no idea what is happening. A quick background search on Boots generally, I can see why the CEO is leaving November!

   Boots health store, sells all kinds of wash items, makeup, perfumes, prescriptions, eye tests, set in large complex with other stores, shared carpark (limited parking & time restrictions), staff are kind and helpful

   Went in for a flu jab. They do not offer bookings for it. Hence why I was waiting so long I had to go back to work and cancel it. And wait to get a refund. Booked at asda. Got straight in. Boots 12.99 asda 7. 00 pounds.?????
