They never answer the phone. Poor service always saying its the doctors fault when you want your prescription, so you phone your doctors and then they say they never received your prescription. So you go back to the pharmacy to tell then to send again . I have been without my prescription for nearly 2 weeks . Not good at all .
What’s the use of having a phone number when NO ONE will answer it??

I visited the store today whilst Karen and Kath were working, I couldn't find what I needed. These two lovely ladies were super helpful and friendly, they found me exactly what I needed without any fuss, just big smiles and a warm attitude felt like nothing would be to much trouble for them. welcome
Came in yesterday after getting a prescription for Clenil Modulite, after queuing up outside they regretably informed me that they were out of stock and my doctors surgery has been told, the guy wrote on my prescription that I need to change it to QVAR 50. I handed that to my doctors and they changed the prescription, I waited in a queue for 45 minutes waiting to collect my new prescription to be told "sorry, we are out of stock of that you need clenil modulite" which was a slip of the tongue, they corrected themselves and said I need QVAR, but they only have QVAR 100 not QVAR 50 so i will need to go and change my prescription again for the second time. Enjoy the biscuits.
I came in at lunchtime today with some very sore bites on my leg, the lady that helped me was brilliant at recommending the correct treatment and my leg is already less painful so I just wanted to say a big thank you for your help xxx
