Now organised, quick and much better quality of service with 95% less mistakes made and stuff being out of stock. Well done to all the team there for turning a once dreadful shambles into a respectable business that provides a great service.”

My recent experiences have been excellent. Phone answered promptly, polite and efficient. A tiny pharmacy serving a massive area . They’re doing their best and the improvement is obvious . Thankyou”

“Clearly massively understaffed, and running at a backlog, I will admit I stormed there preparing to kick off about my disabled husband not getting his delivery, but from one glance you can see the poor staff are trying their best and are really up against it. Yes I'll agree it's very frustrating to call and call and get no answer, and that problem needs to be solved by the hiring of new staff. Not everyone has an insane wife to fight their battles, and when the worst happens it won't be the staff we blame. It will be the management.”

“Lots of negative comments on here! Yes, this is a busy pharmacy, all day, everyday because they serve a large community. Every time I use the pharmacy I have always been treated with respect and served as promptly as possible. They’re only human for goodness sake! Have a little patience for people in an underfunded, busy and demanding environment!”

“I think some of the time any delay is caused by the GP surgery getting scripts signed. I have always had good service from The Pharmacy. The staff try really hard under some extreme pressures. The service is free for prescriptions in Wales. There is granted some efficiency improvements that can be made with the process e.g. staggering 2mths scripts but this is again dictated by GPs. They have had a Pandemic to deal with and I believe done it well. I am sure now things are catching up they will look at the proactive nature of the operation as opposed to the reactive mode that they have had to contend with for the last 4yrs.”

“I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. I was seen today by a lovely lady in the consultation room who helped me with an ongoing sinus problem and sorted me some antibiotics, all the staff I’ve encountered here are very kind and helpful. I have seen poor reviews about the ques however any time I have had to que it has gone down fast and medication is given within 10/15 minutes.”

“The amount of extra work the staff have had to adapt to and the time they still have to reassure and care for me is incomparable to any other pharmacy I've used and to see some of the negativity by a very small minority is heart breaking. These people are risking their well-being every day to serve our community. I know I'm fortunate to be taken on by them with my complex needs, after failure of service by all other pharmacies in the area. I would advise the small minority of people to try elsewhere before passing judgement. I am so thankful and witness that gratitude by members of my community on a daily basis and my post will hopefully add balance and show gratitude by the majority of our community.”
