I use this pharmacy regularly & while it is often busy the staff are helpful, polite & efficient. Best time to go is after 2.30 & before schools are out.

Sorry for the language in advance. This pharmacy is absolutely a disgrace to the patients. The staff are always miserable and can be rude too. New members of staff almost every week. The management is disgusting. No consistency, no procedures and wholly inadequate in every aspect of the service. Patients are treated like animals and the queue keeps building up and up as the staff are just wondering about behind the counter. We get the impression of they don't know what they are doing, can't find the pre-ordered medicine bags, prescriptions incomplete. Those who pop in with a script are mostly told the item is not in stock or to come back later in the day to collect. Yesterday I took a script from my GP, just one item on it. I asked them if it was available and it was but I was told in a rudely tone "It will be a long wait mind" so I went to the LT chemist 5 minutes walk from this dreadful place. At L.T Chemist they were pleasant and served me almost immediately. This Well Pharmacy on Kelvedon Street need to be shut down and given to a different pharmacy proprietor.

I come here regularly. Many people are polite and treat me well, but I have never received good behavior from the pharmacist gentleman. He doesn’t even seem willing to speak properly. He always tries to ignore me somehow.

This has to be the worst chemist in existence probably in the entire country! The staff clearly don’t want to do anything at all, let alone help customers, and they just stand there while the line grows longer and longer. Honestly, it’s like they enjoy making people wait. Absolutely zero effort, not even one percent. Completely shocking! By the time they finally get around to serving you, you’ll already be healed from whatever illness you came in with. Total waste of time. Don’t bother, just walk down the road to LT Chemist where you’ll get served instantly, the same day, and with a big smile.

Hello, I bought medicine for my 1.5 year old son from there. However, they gave me the wrong medicine. They gave me tablets instead of eye drops. Please everyone be careful. Check the medicine carefully when you buy it from there. Thank you.

Since Thursday 8th December trying to ring them a total of 236 calls? Still no answer 2 weeks behind last month delivery of medication now going into 2 week now. Shocking service. Drove down to the pharmacy to ask why they wasn't answering the phone? No staff apparently? Asked why my prescription hadnt been delivered was then told I rang on the 21st nov 22 but did not ask for repeat prescription? Obviously I rang to see how there holiday went? Also told 2 full time delivery drivers had quit & 2 part time drivers so trouble doing deliverys? Something screams out bad management here. Took my custom elsewhere absolutely shocking way to run a business.

I'd give No star review if I could. Always a long queue outside the door and a wait of at least an hour just to be told prescription isn't ready, come back tomorrow. Spend another hour waiting to get to the counter. It's absolutely shocking.

Every time you come here there is a queue of at least 9 people. They never have the prescription apparently. Always blame the doctors and vice Verda. You never receive the text to say it’s ready. Nobody acknowledges you when you come in, can stand there waiting for 5 minutes whilst the staff discuss what they are having for lunch. Clearly understaffed but nothing seems to be done about it.

Avoid at all costs. I am consistently left without medication, they never answer the phone and the young blonde woman is always rude and will not listen. I highly advise you to get your medication elsewhere. Today I have missed an hour of work, and a day of my medication due to their incompetence. The only reason I left with any medication today was because the receptionist at my doctor's surgery faxed them (couldn't get through by phone obviously!) To say that they definitely had my prescription as it was signed off by their driver.

Prescription has not turned up. Tried ringing the chemist they never answer the phone. I hope I am not taken seriously ill without my tablets. If you go to the chemist in person you have to wait at least an hour to be seen. I will hold them responsible if I suffer ill health as a consequence.
