Richard from this pharmacy took the liberty to collect and sign for a prescription that was not addressed to them. I was of course not informed of this, and ran out of my medication trying to find out what had happened to my prescription. Thanks guys.
They take ages to answer the phone I’ve been trying to call for half an hour & it just rings & rings and hangs up. I always have issues with my prescription. You ask them to request it ready & they just lie to you saying they will have it ready & then act confused when you come to collect. It’s not easily accessible for wheelchairs, & it’s difficult to get to the wells down the road that has a ramp, due to the state of the paths.
Absolute embarrassment of a pharmacy. Booked an appointment for a chicken pox vaccination for a child only to be told on arrival they don't have the stock despite receiving multiple reminder emails to attend appointment. Pharmacist didn't even come out to apologise, instead choosing to talk through person on till. Waste of a days leave from work, time waiting for appointment, and expense travelling to appointment nowhere near where we live. Official complaint raised. Avoid these guys and use literally any other pharmacy than Wells. They even advised using a different provider themselves. EMBARRASSING.
It's okay it just looks terrible on the outside.
Do not use this pharmacy. They had forgotten to order my prescription and kept putting me off until I left work early to come and sort it myself. They could not have cared less that it was medication that I need, as a diabetic, to survive and continued to lie through their teeth about the situation. When asked what they were going to do to resolve the situation they shrugged their shoulders and said there was nothing they could do. So they would have been happy enough to leave a diabetic without medication. Safe to say I have now moved to a different pharmacy. Incompetent would be putting it politely.

Awful. I sent a prescription request via post to be collected on Friday and I emphasised this in my letter and they did not send it off to the chemist when they got it. I called the chemist and they promised to get it collected and they did not. I needed my prescription as I would be lethargic and this affects my day to day activities. Nearly got upset in front of them and will not be going to this chemist again.
if it were possible to give no stars i would. do not use this pharmacy. their prescription collection service is a farce, they constantly lose them, say they are not there when all they had to do was look on the shelf. this time they lost both my partner and i's prescriptions somewhere between the surgery and the pharmacy. after a day of trying to figure out what was going on, and the pharmacy blaming the surgery, i had to walk to the surgery myself as persuade them to re-issue the prescription. when i got to the pharmacy they informed me that although i had now got a prescription the meds i needed were not stocked and i would have to wait another day. they had been speaking to me on and off all day and had not told me this, it was never mentioned. by the time i found out it was too late to do anything, or go to another pharmacy. there was also another woman in the waiting area who was experiencing a similar problem. DO NOT USE THEM they were rude and did not seem to care that the medication was essential.
