I have been down to tescos talbot green.. to see the pharmacist what a waste of time , staff and pharmacist very unhelpful, Not a Nice experience
Very impressed with pharmacist abd assistant serving on pharmacy today they were pleasant and were very promt in supplying medication abd gave excellent advice re disease and restrictions when taking tablets excellent service from start to finish and fuss and stress free Thankyou
Not sure if they've changed phone number and not updated online. It rarely ever rings, just auto hangs up. They also require you to text a week in advance to ask them to prepare a repeat prescription that they pick up from the surgery for a medicine that is taken daily! Then often need chasing again to prepare it
Terrible service, a few years back I would have rated as 5 stars but lately things have gone down hill fast. Never answer the phone, it's a nightmare getting my repeat prescription so I'm out and going elsewhere.
They never answer the phone. Do you think its possible you can get someone to answer that phone that's Ringing Constantly! I was there earlier watching a tesco worker doing nothing talking to the Pharmacist while the phone was ringing infront of them..The girl just picked the phone up and put it back down. I couldn't get over it when I seen that with my own eyes..I phoned yesterday 40 times today I've called 35 times. I'll keep ringing and if there's still no answer I'll be there at some point Tomorrow submitting a Complaint to the Pharmacy. IEveryone who can't get through on phone put a Complaint in otherwise this not answering the phone will just keep on!

staff mostly ok but service is dreadful some times i have had to go back 3 times for tablets not available, or they wont give you your perscription until you get their text, then i get home to get THE text and have to go back up,DAAA today i got home and again tablets missing and have tried 5 times to call them no reply,please answer the phone,,,,i have now rang 5 times today, so will have to return later
Tried to ring in and amend a booking for an injection - they just don't answer the phones. They have an automated message that says 'Number is temporarily unavailable, please try later' - that is repeated constantly - insufficient or lazy staff, gives a poor service to Tesco
They actively answer and immediately hang up the phone rather than talking to customers. Really long waits for prescriptions every time. Desk staff are generally nice but the service overall is horrendous!
Never have my medication In stock despite having my prescription sent here for the past 5 years, every month I have to make 2 trips to pick up what they owe me. Never have a text saying my meds are ready despite having given my number numerous times. Was accused of 'not picking up my medication for months' because of lost paperwork and when they found it, not a single apology even though they had triggered my anxiety and left me upset while I walked around tesco 'shopping' while waiting for them for 45 mins to do my prescription.
