   Honestly hate coming here to pick up my dad’s prescription. Always such a long wait, even when the prescription is ready as such a long queue. Staff are good and can see they are busy. It’s just not enough of them to cope with demand.

   Appalling service, always.Never acknowledged when you try to get served , no eye contact to say ‘ with you in a minute’. Prescription either not in stock, not ready or can’t find it always with the excuse ‘ we’re updating our system’. This business is desperately lacking good management.

   Another bad experience, I know every month I go back with a repeat prescription there will be another problem but not being able to drive I'm left with little choice. Telling me that medication has been ordered in when it hasn't or they simply can't get it (literally life saying medication) is not good enough. I've been polite, not complaining but enough is enough. This pharmacy needs an urgent review, duty of care is seriously lacking.

   Appalling service. Twice I’ve dropped my prescription with enough time to spare (10 days on one occasion) and was met with excuses when I went in to collect. I appreciate how our services are stretched but the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. After dropping my prescription 10 days prior I had to wait over an hour for my original script then they later decided to dispense from the shelf. And I was given less than the prescribed amount Try another pharmacy if you can

   Granted its busy...my docs is nxt door....guaranteed ordered tablets (1 week prior to needing) nearly always take 10 days and normally always something they haven't got. Don't even start me on getting them to answer phone, esp since new system put in place.

   Obnoxious, insensitive, arrogant and ignorant. Never had an issue here before despite knowing about the reputation but after what I've just been forced to experience even one star is flattering. Perhaps they need to push the reset button. Arrived at 18.20 to collect a prescription.. informed dispenser of my details and that I was collecting two from doctors in same building with a desk 30 feet away. I am disabled and not very mobile, add to that have been in an obscene amount of nerve pain since the weekend due to a mix up already.. Doctors receptionist informed me prescription had not been signed so rushed off for signatures. 18.29 I leave doctors receptionist watched by chemist dispenser.. was handed prescription 1 as soon as I stepped foot in chemist saying "we close at 18:30" so can't take them. Despite me saying it is 18:30 and that he watched me struggle across I was met with "nothing I can do but Asda is still open" On way out I rightly or wrongly thanked them sarcastically and loudly as I was watched leaving at 18:30.. one of the behind the screen staff found it amusing that a disabled person was leaving them distressed and in severe pain knowing they were in the wrong and legally still open. When confronted he smirked again before hiding behind what I can only assume was an equally obnoxious owner that saw nothing, hiding behind then defending a pair of obnoxious and discriminatory employees.

   Terrible, came in at 1550hrs for a prescription. Still waiting 30 mins later. The pharmacist takes the busiest time of the day to do a consultation. He is unaware of the queue building up and staff are too scared to knock his door and move him on abit. This is one of the worst in Caerphilly. If you have an opportunity to go elsewhere i would say that you do so. Now I have to go get other children who will pay my fuel charges. Bloody ridiculous

   Lots of negative comments on here! Yes, this is a busy pharmacy, all day, everyday because they serve a large community. Every time I use the pharmacy I have always been treated with respect and served as promptly as possible. They’re only human for goodness sake! Have a little patience for people in an underfunded, busy and demanding environment!

   Someone deleted my online prescription order in the pharmacy system. My order has had to be put through again meaning it will now take longer to recieve my critical medication.

   I frequently have to wait weeks for a prescription and an often not informed that it's ready. I've run out several times waiting for my medication, even if ordering weeks in advance. The interior wait times are appalling, although the staff seem constantly hammered. There's clearly a massive understaffing. I use the Healthera app to manage my prescriptions, but the pharmacy don't update the order status, resulting in further delays.
