   Booked a flu jab which was cancelled twice. I'm told there are issues between the booking systems (which is centralized) and what information the pharmacy gets. Regardless I showed up twice to be told they weren't able to give me my jab. No cancellation message, no email. One staff member offered to ring me the next day to book me in and never contacted me.

   Absolutely shocking!!! I was in the pharmacy by 9-15am and was told that I would have to wait until 11am for the prescription as it was a hand written prescription and not printed. When questioned I was told that it would take longer as it was hand written- are they illiterate? Thought you needed to read and write to gain a degree? Why would a hand written prescription take so much longer to fill? Left Asda pharmacy and went straight to the Well pharmacy in Trethomas. My prescription was ready and I was walking out the door in 5 minutes. This is not the first bad experience I have had with Asda pharmacy,however it will be the last as I will not be going there again.

   Jhoots is who we usually use for my husbands prescription but when I went to collect it, I was told they do not have this, I need to order elsewhere. My husband needs these tablets, this is why we order the prescription in advance. I went to the pharmacy at Asda, they had the tablets in stock, I picked them up an hour later. I have changed my husbands prescription to go to Asda, I will not use Jhoots again

   Absolutely shocking service. Always blaming someone else. I will never use again. I have spent best part of 3hrs this month waiting instore for 2 lots of tablets. This has been due to lost perscriptions, not enough tablets etc. Staff seem to be overwhelmed and their customer service is suffering.

   Had a private prescription, was advised Asda are the best for this type of item. Took it in and asked for an estimated cost, and was told they couldn't tell me that until after they started filling the prescription. Which makes no sense - they must have access to the prices from their supplier. I was then told they have changed suppliers and couldn't even tell me for sure whether they could get the items. I left my number after being told they would call me to confirm. 3 days passed with no contact so I called them - I was told they'd already ordered the items, without checking with me that I was happy to go ahead with them as I didn't know how much it was going to cost. I was then told it would cost around £200 so I said go ahead. I was told I'd be called when the items came in. That was Tuesday. I've heard nothing since so I popped in today to see where we were at. Surprise surprise, the items were in. They weren't checked or ready for collection so I was told by the lady serving that she would prepare them for me now. I wasn't given an ETA and there was nobody else waiting at that time so I thought it would be quick. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. No apology for not contacting me twice, nor for the length of time I had to wait for the prescription to be prepared. And the whole time I waited, I listened to one member of staff complain about another member of staff who had not been in work - 'he's on a 20 hour contract but only worked 4 hours this week. It puts pressure on the rest of us' - a legitimate complaint I'm sure, but not really suitable to be airing in front of customers... I will find another pharmacy in the future. Poor customer service, shocking waiting times and inappropriate conversation between staff.

   Absolute joke. Arrived 45 minutes before closing only to be told they are too busy to sort my prescription. It couldn't be done until the next morning.

   Ignorant totally unhelpful staff. Really can't believe how bad.Made a stressful situation 100 times worse.Ot of hours doctor put my dads prescription with them.Go to chemist in Penyrheol they can't do enough to help.

   Absolute a joke. What I just don't understand is in today's climate with covid that it takes 1 hour to dispenser 1 item that means you got to walk around asda for a hour with people who might have covid..... The logo was stay at home save lives and the NHS how is this right when your mixing with people.

   Used to be a fantastic pharmacy USED TO BE . Now its joke .over the last year and half it's just been a complete nightmare to deal with The female asda staff are great it's the pharmacists I have repeat prescription 12 items .which has been the same 12 for last 10 years you think they get the prescription right the amount of times I have had to go back to collect the missing items days later . go to the doctors to get a new prescription as they lost it . Items in my prescription that I have not ordered /ticked off last month Being told that 28 tabs last 31 days ??????. Getting phone calls saying your prescription is due when it's not. (As they put it thro twice )... When you complaine about the mistakes they making your just dismissed an told no our fault it's the doctors or its covid . Now if been told if you want us (asda pharmacy) to do your repeat prescription I have to take it in to the doctors every month and give it to them for them to send it to asda or find another pharmacy who will do my repeat prescription. So I have .

   I find the stock is ok and the location is great. Staff at till are nice but the pharmacist can be really rude and condescending. Maybe they are understaffed and so busy that a phone call is very interruptive, but IMO the customer shouldn’t be made to feel that tension.
