“We boarded our dog over the weekend and were quite nervous at it was his first time away from us. We couldn’t have taken him to a better place, you could tell they’ve really looked after him really well and he was very excited and looked happy when he came back. He’s not the biggest fan of kennels, but they’ve put in some work with him and they kept us updated whenever we messaged them to get any information. We’ve already booked him at Four Seasons for next month!”

“All 3 of my dogs go to Jess, She treats them all as individuals and always knows which ones like or don’t like something and taylors the groom to each of them. Jess is always bubbly and smiling when you see her and all 3 of my dogs will happily run to her. Grooms are always to an excellent standard and they always come out smelling and looking beautiful. I also love the fact Jess takes photos and videos whilst grooming them as an owner it is great to see how comfortable they are around her. .”

“Helen is the most amazing lady! She is my dogs’ second mum!! They absolutely love her to bits and I am so happy we have found her to take them both out for walkies and socialisation during the days when I’m in work. They love going out with her so much that they have an extra day with her when I’m not even in work! I would happily leave them with her for the whole day and what’s more, they would happily stay with her for the whole day! Helen loves them to bits and all the dogs she walks are treated like her own dogs. Lots of fun and frolics are had and Helen is very sensitive to the different ages and needs of all the dogs. “Totally impressed with the professionalism at Crosslands, first time leaving our 3 girls together in kennels and reviewed a few before settling with Crosslands. 3 big girls with different personalities and was filled with confidence as soon as they were dropped off, staff were confident handling them and they didn’t even look back as they walked away. All have come home healthy and happy. It’s great to have the peace of mind that the girls are safe and happy whilst we are away and it’s something that has prevented us going away for a while.”
