   From the 1st consultation we had to picking Bobby up, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and great with him. This was the 1st time we had visited. We were recommend what he needed in regards to grooming and everything was explained before we made the appointment. We were made to feel at ease. He came out looking like a different dog. Would definitely recommend this groomers.

   They were really amazing with my rescue dog. This was her first groom and i had found it so hard got her to get seen by anyone, even though she doesnt have any behavioural issues. The consultation was great and they fully explained what was needed to make Sally feel comfortable, especially with the hot weather coming. They did a fantastic job with her, and she was so calm when I went to get her, 100% recommend.

   Really positive first experience with this groomers. I have tried so many over the 5 years we've had our dog and I always feel anxious leaving her because she is such a nervous dog. She isnt a dan of being groomed but I felt she was in really good hands. They respected her needs during the groom after initially discussing my concerns on the handover which put me at ease knowing they could read her behaviour and want her to leave with a positive feeling. Really professional friendly and genuinely nice groomers.

   This is by far the best groomers around this area, I have been to four groomers in the Beddau area and nothing compares to this, I take my two dogs Ralph and ted, every 6 weeks and they love it. Charlotte the owner makes it so easy to book them in, she is extremely helpful and very talented at what she does. Such a lovely environment for your dogs to be in, and it’s the only groomers my dogs can’t wait to go. I can highly recommend this place you won’t regret it.

   First visit for my cockapoos and really pleased with both of their cuts, the salon and lovely staff. Not the usual pet salon set up, no nasty crates insight, just 2 roomy pens with dog bed and toys which put me at ease. The little fenced grass area outside the shop is fab for extra security for the dogs and makes the place seem more homely. The staff explained everything and were fab with Bella and Blue. I returned to the salon to find both of my dogs playing with another dog, both happy and not running for the door trying to get out (usual experience when I pick them up in other places). Will definitely be returning as I don't feel guilty leaving them here as I usually do. Already booked them in for a future appointment.
