This morning I went to the Penarth store only to find that it has closed down, even though the website says it's open. So I went over to the Barry store, to find the shelves and freezers empty. Literally, almost nothing was available. What a waste of a journey. I'll never risk using this store again.

Natural pet food at fab prices! Staff are really friendly & treat you with respect not like other places. They even remember your dogs names. Rosie, Teddie & Millie love going there. Great job!!

I cannot recommend the Natural Pet Pantry enough, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and have given me so much advice and support with my puppy, especially when he's had an upset stomach. This is my go to place for everything doggy! Prices are very reasonable too considering the high quality of all the products. I also love that they are moving towards a sustainable, zero waste shop.
