December 2025 just completed refit, so all new tanks for the fish, and upgraded area for the Vets4Pets. Seems well stocked and clean with plenty of things for our cat and fish.
I brought my dog Toby to see a groomer called Megan, she was lovely and patient with me as I went on and on about my dogs requirements x Toby looked amazing after his groom and he's going again on the 29th for his very last one as sadly his time as come to be pts and I wouldnt take him anywhere else xx Thank you Megan for taking good care of my gorgeous boy
Girls in the salon are the greatest. Always happy and willing to help. Always show so much love and care for the dogs.
I would like to shout out Dylan we walked in not knowing anything about fish or fish tanks other than we wanted one. He was patient and understanding especially with our 2 year old who wanted to be involved with everything. Whenever we go back we being looking for Dylan for all our fish and fish tank needs.
Great offers on pet food and other surplus. The wild bird food is a little on the expensive side. However, the small animal display always makes me smile.
The selves were stocked with a good selection of food toys and treats, everything was quite tidy and they had some rescue rabbits which is always adorable.
I would like to mention the lovely helpful staff you have. I have a new puppy and every timeI come in , the shop assistant with long dark hair . Sorry didn't get her name . Has been amazing . Thanks again for great service. Will recommend to friends in future.
I find the staff very friendly, caring and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. My puppy had his first groom here and the staff in there were brilliant with him and he looked gorgeous when he came out. There's a great variety of products in store and if they haven't got it they will order it for you. All in all a great shop for your pet.
