Victoria Park Vets have looked after my two dogs, Roo and Mabel, since we moved back to Warrington a year or so ago. Everyone in the practice is lovely, and they have always been amazing throughout everything my dogs have needed- from small things like clipping the claws of my very scared Roo or advising calming medication for Bonfire Night, right through to operating on Mabel when we found a mass on her chest. Dr. Archie and his team at Victoria Park Vet are truly exceptional. When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. He listened to my concerns, valued my input, and worked with me as a partner. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Sarah, Archie and their wonderful team look after our 2 maincoons. We moved from one of the big chains to stay with Sarah and we could not be happier. Their care and advice as well as skill are second to none. It’s the best thing we have done, for them and us. Sarah has completed major surgery on Bella the aftercare and focus put us at ease during this period. The recovery has been brilliant and exceeded our expectations. This is such a great vet clinic, they really do treat your pets like their own, it's so lovely. The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. I'm very happy to have Sarah and Archie treating my pets and happily recommend them to everyone.
Archie has been our vet for some years now and we think it’s amazing that he has this practice with his wife. We’d travel 30+ miles to have Archie continue treating our Labs his care is second to none !!!
