I have been a customer for many years due to the variety + quality of products available along with the friendliness + knowledge of the staff . Having the benefit of delivery is also a bonus when ordering the large bags of Quantum dog food along with a few treats .

Great company for my dog’s treats. Sometimes can be out of stock. No surprise though my dog and friend’s dog love’s this beef treat. The customer service is great I have left a back order so when in stock will contact me.

Absolutely fantastic service, both in store and online. Karen and Gary went above and beyond to get some puppy food for me when my partner was in hospital and picking up more dog food slipped my mind, opening up on a bank holiday and delivering a bag of food to my door. I'm so pleased to have such a fantastic local pet shop.
I ordered from Pets Pantry for my puppy food yesterday as my main supplier was having courier issues in the area. I placed the order via the website and within 24 hours the food was at my door and passed to me from a very friendly staff member.
