“My Cat Simba is always very well looked after. Chris and Julie are very friendly, and always put all the animals needs first. The place is clean and tidy, and easily accessible from the M65. I won't take Simba anywhere else, he has had 8 successful stays.”

I spoke to a very lovely man who explained this to me to make sure I didn't mind. Just over and above the normal sort of service! The product arrived very promptly. All in all, a very good service. We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Linnette recently groomed our Beau, he had his winter coat taken off. I picked him up and he looked beautiful. She cut him so perfectly. Having his first groom since last September we always expect the cut not to be so perfect, as it is a lot of fur to be removed. But Lynnette got it just right. Not only that we have been on holiday, as Beau always gets a lot of attention but never has his groom been commented on so much, Suffolk seems to be a hub for Goldendoodle's, we met a few to say the least so the complements were backed up with those that new best. We also met a breeder so it was nice. We did drop Linnettes name so she got the glory and rightly so. I just needed to put this on and let people know that things happen, it's called life. “Took our 14 weeks old puppy to find a suitable harness because he pulls too much on the lead. Was looked after by Nicola who seemed to have an encyclopaedic knowledge on the subject. Plus she had the skill to handle our boisterous puppy. We walked away with a suitable harness - happy dog owners and a relaxed puppy. The shop also holds a free puppy get together every Saturday which is great fun. The shop has been a great discovery. :)”

Previously our dog has been anxious when visiting groomers; however, Dave put us immediately at ease with his experience and non-rushed attitude. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. “Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease.
