   Love going to my local Pets and Friends in Chaddesden, Derby. Kind and helpful staff and so convenient. No waiting in for deliveries. I can just get what is need, when its needed!! They even help me get it my car if need be!

   Most of the time Monty comes back looking great, but there has been the odd time when I've had him back and it was 'sorry we were unable to do his front paws today' or only half his head. Monty can be abit snappy but they've known him since a pup, he is now nearly 4. I was abit disappointed the last time as they didn't call me to say there'd been a problem and he looked abit silly with his paws yet for some reason they charged me more than they have before.

   Very professional and friendly staff, they handled my rottweiler professionally and managed to give him a bath despite him being mischievous throughout. Good price, nice shop with staff ready to advise you if needed. Highly recommended.
