   Louise, exceptional friendly, showed my little girl the Guinea pigs 5 minutes before closing. Taking her time to explain everything about them. Excellent customer service provided. We will be back Monday morning for "Furball" :)

   Come in the odd time, but today a new guy at the entrance did it for me. Very helpful and would not let me look for what I needed alone until we had found it. Having staff like him makes the store, good service sticks in your mind and reminds me of shops 30 odd years ago where they really treated you as a customer who they wanted to spend money in their store. Whoever employed him made a good choice. Its put Pets at Home Derby to the front of my mind.

   Amazing range of products in this big store. There was items for every pet you could need. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of product you receive. They also have a rewards scheme which is worthwhile. I will always go here for any of my pet needs.

   Been in to get doggy treats. Pick n mix to discover a reworking of the entire store. Really smart. Works well. Can't find anything but that's a good thing ha ha . Staff always helpful and always around for advice. Great stocks of stuff amd keen pricing Well done all the team

   Good selection of goods for ur furry friends and staff very friendly and helpful. I'd have no problem recommending them and would gladly keep popping in with my pup. Cant remember member of staff name but she was very good gave me great advice and recommendation and even told me about the app to get discount.

   I came into store today at 5 minutes before closing to grab some dog food at the absolute last minute and I would like to say Louise who was working on the tills was incredible! Despite it being dead on closing time she helped me sort out my log in info on the app (which had booted me out due to an app update) and made sure I used my correct vouchers to get a bargain on my dogs food. A genuine asset to the store and so grateful she took the time to help when many other shops would be pushing you out the door to leave!

   Recently I’ve been at PetsAtHome in Derby with my Pets, and on the last two occasions even with different vets, and different pets, as totally irresponsible from both "experts". One of the times the vet looks at my pet, and without making any test or analysis to get more details of what was going on, just prescript some medication, expecting to be similar or the same, as on one of the last visits. On another day with another pet and another "expert" or "not too much", the vet was coughing a lot, not wearing any face mask or cover. Also had her dirty fingers on my pet mouth, which I found unacceptable. I had purchased also 2 pets from this pet shop and after 3 days I called the vet because since I took them home, they were keeping sneezing. But instead of they tell me to bring them and check if everything was okay with them, they only said if I want them to be seen by the vet, I need to pay 35£ per each of their consultations. If this shop is selling pets, at least make sure that is fine, and not look only for the money, but for their wellbeing. For the vets, not anymore. You will not charge me for your “student experts”. I do not recommend this practice. If you want to buy food and toys far enough, other than that, look for a real expert.

   Staff are always really friendly and helpful. You can also take your dog in as well. Pricing doesn't seem overly expensive for a chain and they offer some good deals on dog grooming now too.
