I’m honestly shocked at how this place operates. First they told me my dog had a “lifelong allergy” and needed tablets every single month for £80. I gave ONE strip, stopped, and guess what? It wasn’t an allergy at all just a simple irritation. But of course, irritation doesn’t make them money. Now they’re trying to push MONTHLY vaccinations, which every normal vet will tell you is complete nonsense. Dogs don’t get vaccinated every few weeks. So what is it? Easy: money, money, and more money. I’m done with vets who act like cash machines instead of professionals. My dog’s health comes first not their profit.

Had to leave a review. Recently visited as one last roll of the dice. Lost all faith in vets over the last few years. I was blown away of how caring and non money grabbing Charlotte was. The amount of knowledge she has is amazing. Iv never been to a vet and walked out with a smile on my face. Restored my lost faith in vets and gave me amazing advice and low cost treatment. Have to say first impressions are 10 out of 10. Feel like we have finally found a vet who cares and it's not all about the money. Spent alot of time with us. Nearly a full hour. Did tests there and then. Amazing. Thank you.

Princess Maisie had to have a couple of procedures under anaesthetic as a puppy and has been terrified of the vets since. She is quite a nervous dog but responds really well to calm, kind voices and being given a bit of time to relax and process. It was so difficult taking her to her previous vets, she would scream, cry and try to run away. Then a couple of people recommended our local Spondon vet. I genuinely can not believe the change in Princess Maisie. Georgia, the wonderful vet nurse, had some socialisation sessions with Mais, where she was given loads of fuss and attention whilst just getting used to being in the vets and now Maisie bounces in through the door looking for her friends. Charlotte. The vet, has been so patient and kind with her too, allowing extra time on appointments and talking through what would be best for her. She went for her boosters yesterday and I didn't have to drag/carry her in or hold her still.. I used to dread vets visits and hate them almost as much as Mais, now we both actually look forward to them. If you want a vet that will treat your pet as a valued member of your family and genuinely care for them and their wellbeing then look no further.

My dog is overweight. This is the first vet that didn’t berate me and make me feel bad. She was really encouraging, gave me great advice and she was so loving towards my dog. Very helpful, relaxed environment. Best vets I’ve ever been to
