   £68 paid grooming is this. My dog has been groomed with grooming room for last four years and never had any issues until today with a new staff named Jordan. I been seeing staff here for last four years and never met this face before luckily and dont want to anymore either. My dog had an injury near genital area from today’s grooming and doesn’t even looks like he's been groomed. He was in a complete mess after the grooming. Still poo stain and Jordan was sating my dog had a bath. No hair trim around both ears. Fur not removed . Hair not clipped. Remember paid £10 extra for the ear cleaning on top of £58 bill. My dog seems very scared and uncomfortable. This is not the way he’s been groomed by girls who used to groom him. I always try to book with familiar faces. Don't know how he /she come to groom him this time. When i raised this as a concern Jordan was keeps ignoring and he was saying they dont do ear normally. Which is not true as we always been paid to extra to do this. He/ she wasn’t accepting the fact that my dog doesn’t looks like to be groomed properly. And was not ready to give any contact number or details where i can raise my concerns. Bit rude as well. Dont know how he/she comes into this job. The only place where he had a hair trim was between his eyes over the nose which not even look neat.

   This groom room is so accommodating, I had to change my little Ruby’s appointment as her full groom was too close to her being spayed, so her groom date was changed she got an essentials appointment yesterday before her op on Monday, at the same time her full groom was rebooked with her normal groomer who is fantastic with Ruby, the young man that did her essentials yesterday was fabulous and managed to complete everything with Ruby, he even got Ruby to allow him to do her paw pad trim, and let him cut her nails, being young Ruby can be awkward for her paws and nails but this young man (sorry I didn’t catch his name) is a dog whisperer and did her nails I’m so grateful thank, you a very pleased customer A*****

   Jess was absolutely brilliant. She was calm and really took care of my dog Riley. Riley had an essential groom done and she ensured every area was completed and explained to me what she did. I also let her know Riley is very excitable and she had no problems and just got her job done and managed him. Thanks Jess will be coming back again when I am in the area.

   Just picked up Bruno from his 2nd groom here. The ladies are always very nice to me and especially Bruno, they remembered him even though he had only visited once. Always appreciate the customer service :) You ladies did a wonderful job working on Bruno's coat. Bruno left the shop with many people complimenting him! Will keep going there for sure. Keep it up, you're awesome!

   Have been taking my pup here for the last year but the latest ‘groom’ will be his last here. He’s been scalped, his paws are bloodied from catching his claws (he doesn’t move his paws so I know this isn’t his fault and it’s never happened before), he has track lines from the clippers and cuts where they have caught his skin, especially along his legs. A lovely red haired lady did his first few grooms and these were great. She was gentle and warm and he loved going, would bound into the groomers all excited. Unfortunately she has left and his last couple of grooms have been pretty terrible. His fourth groom changed the experience to the point where I asked not to have that groomer again as she was rough and my pup was noticeably upset. This time he didn’t want to go at all which was upsetting and I wish I had just cancelled it there and then as when I picked him up I couldn’t believe the physical state he was in or his emotional state, he looked so sad which broke my heart. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending this groomers and they quite frankly need looking into for their training and care of animals.

   Lola was groomed this morning :-) we've brought our Cavapoo here for over a year now after another Groom Room proved unfriendly and unhelpful - couldn't be more different in Derby. Lola is always happy when she comes out, looking smart and smelling lovely. Thank you girls! See you next month!

   I have taken my German shepard in Since a pup. She loves the pamper she gets from the team and its always friendly when dropping her off. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
