Wonderful first grooming experience for our nervous rescue Moose. Great to have a comfortable wash, dry, groom and trim without the need to tether him. Perfect for a nervous dog and Emma and her team had the magic touch as he even gave some kisses. Definitely recommend and we will be back.
My Jack Russell is a rescue dog who is still anxious and doesn't like strangers touching his feet. Emma was able to put him at his ease and not only groom him but also cut his claws. Something other groomers have not been able to do. Reasonably priced as well
Fantastic place. My maltipoo used to hate going to the groomers. He would come out very quiet and seemed quite sad , but since coming here, he's a different dog. He comes out happy and bouncy, like the happy little dog he is.
I can't praise this enough my wife took our little dog Marley for the full works he was like a dog full of life & very happy please give this grooming Parlour a try you won't be disappointed they really do treat your pets great Marley is due back in may I think he is looking forward to it lol

I travel from Solihull to use The Grooming Parlour, simpy because Emma is by far the best groomer I have ever used! We have 3 dogs but George, the youngest, is very anxious and can be aggresive, however, he is as good as gold with Emma. I have tried a number of local groomers but the last one told me I would need my dog sedated to clip him, but there is no problem at all here and all of the dogs love the experience. The results are always fantastic and they smell delightful! Well worth the journey for us! Very highly recommend and highly receommend for anxious dogs too.
First time we used Grooming Parlour for our Yorkie Ted, he was picked up and returned home, we were very pleased with the whole experience it was stress free for us and Ted. Thanks Emma and Sharon Ted looks fantastic very pleased
First time I had taken my Spaniel here and I am so pleased with the way they trimmed my her. She has joint problems and they treated her so gently that she came home happy and stress free. The hair cut was great and they made a superb job of her feet and claws. Definitely going back.
Our dog a Goldendoodle, Monty met Emma today at the Doodle Fest and she has changed our lives! She was offering free grooming advice. Monty’s coat isn’t curly like most Doodles, it’s wavy. He is 10 a months old and since we got him (we were advised) to trim him with clippers, every couple of weeks, especially in this heat. It was so hard. Today Emma told us that he has a wirery coat and he doesn’t need his coat trimming, only round his face and paws to tidy him up. She has advised us to get a ‘coat king’ which strips out the loose hair. She demonstrated on him and it made an instant difference! Thank you for saving us a fortune we really appreciate the help.
