   Poor. Had my appointment booked over 6 weeks ago. Turn up on the day to be told my appointment was actually at an earlier time and next doors booking system has caused issues. No one bothered to call or explain in between. The shop was empty and I was told they had no space to complete the groom now and I should re-book. In 2025, no idea how business’ like this still exist.

   Booked up an appointment was told it would be over a month! Was ok with this as they had come highly recommended! Had a call today to cancel the booking 2 weeks before it was due to happen and want me to wait a further month for an appointment! Very poor!!!

   Have had our dog groomed here before, It cost £35 last time and they did a great job and the woman was super friendly. We went in this time and it was a different lady and she was really stressed as someone was meant to be working with her. We offered 3 times to reschedule but this was refused we were told it would just take a little bit longer. It took over 3 hours and cost £45 this time so £10 more and our dog has loads of tufts and areas that have been missed as the cut was rushed even though it took 3 hours and was more expensive. We were also told that our little dog who has never bitten anybody had to be muzzled. It is a privilege for us to trust you with our dog and we need to have confidence in you. Being stressed around my dog just made me anxious straight away. I wouldn’t take my dog here again.

   We had our cavapoo groomed here. The staff were lovely but the cut is uneven, he has tufts and uneven bits and one ear is longer than the others so would not recommend. His claws are also still long as they didn’t cut them. Had to go to another groomer where we had a brilliant experience

   I previously gave a 5 star review and have to change it to one star. The staff cut my dog which resulted in my dog having 4 stitches. I’ve been going to this groomers for the past 4 years and they were good until last Tuesday 6th May. They have always said he’s a pleasure to groom as he’s quiet. There is a new lady who has just started with them which used the clippers with no safety guard and cut my dog under the left arm multiple times. When they called me they told me to pick him up and take him to the vets next door (which is also owned by them) he was still bleeding badly and had to have anaesthetic and 4 stitches. They said they would cover the treatment but we had to pay for the medication and a cone. I refused to pay for this as they injuries my dog and i walked out without paying for the medication or the grooming as this was so poor and the worse customer service ever. I’ve had to take time off work to look after him. He did go for a check up a few days after and will need to go back in 10 days to remove the stitches. The manager was quite defensive when I spoke to her (ruby also manages the k9 vets in Oldbury) as she didn’t call me back I had to chase her to see what was going on. They were doing an investigation but I havnt heard anything. My advise would be stay away from these groomers unless you don’t mind having your dog cut and bleeding and left with stitches.

   Just took our 17 week old poodle puppy Diego to have his eyes trimmed and Chloe straight away put him at ease and did a fantastic job with his first grooming experience. Will definitely be back for his first puppy groom when he is 6 months. Highly recommend!

   This is the second time they have groomed my springer spaniel. I cannot fault the staff - very professional, friendly and the Salon I a lovely environment for the dogs. More importantly my dog, who is usually nervous - is very happy there. I would definitely recommend and will be using them for the foreseeable future.
