The staff are amazing! My dog is very nervous but they did an amazing job. Thank you so much ladies. Would definitely recommend.
I have had an awful experience with Streetly dog grooming. My dog had been going for over a year the manager is extremely rude but for convenience we kept going. The last time my dog came back and his dew claw was severely bleeding. They had attempted to cut his claws and cut it right down causing my dog to be in excruciating pain. I had to take him to the vets to get it removed. I phoned the manager about this is she was very rude arguing with me in a very aggressive manner. I do not recommend unless you want your dog traumatised. I wish I would of stopped going ages ago never again
We love Jo & the team at Streetly Dog Grooming, they’ve been grooming Ozzy for years, he’s excited to go there! Ozzy is a large cockapoo with thick curly hair & Jo pays great attention to ensuring he’s well groomed & looked after . . . in fact she spotted a problem after our vet missed it! Highly recommend them. Xx
I brought my beautiful fluffy pom here for a small tidy to which I specifically asked them to NOT cut him just to shape his paws etc. When I picked my dog up he was shaking and very scared even though he is the most confident and happy dog, he had also been completely shaved (which wasn’t even done evenly). My dog was sick the entire journey home and when I reached out to talk to them about it they would not answer the phone. I took to instagram to share my experience where many people reached out to tell me horror story’s about this place, I have contacted the rspca as this place and the cruel people working at it are a danger to dogs! I have attached pictures of how my dog looked before and how he looked after being butchered by this groomer.
Streetly dog groomers thank you once again for a great service. I had my black Labrador "Marley" booked in yesterday for a groom. The young lady who looks after Marley did a fantastic job, can't say enough what a fantastic job she did. I will always come here. I have passed this young lady on the street and she recognized my dog which was really nice. I be would recommend this place to anyone. My boy Marley come out looking absolutely amazing. Well done to all the staff your always working hard in there!!
They never listen to the instructions given properly. They are too much in rush. And not well behaved. They destroyed my puppy's coat. Not a good place for dog grooming.
The worse place ever, they are not ready to give me owners details. I took my puppy there and took all the flur out of him. He is Pomeranian puppy and they took her complete fur off even after giving them Clear Instructions to trim them. Such a awful and horrible service and they are really shameless, they cut the phone down, they block the number and they really don’t want to speak to anyone after committing mistakes. A official complaint should be logged against this kind of people who are so shameless and untrained.
We were waiting for another appointment elsewhere having arrived early, spotted the sign nails trimmed no appointment needed, my husband popped in and the lovely staff trimmed our tentative dogs nails, without a wait. Will use again! Thank you
Booked our Pups in for their first haircut today! They look Georgus! Nice and Friendly staff. Made us feel that our puppies were been well looked after. Very Welcoming.
