“As always, Faye did us proud giving Lexi and Lola and in-between bath and tidy-up. We go every 8 weeks or so, and they come home soft, fluffy and smelling great. I've never used the in-between groom service before but it's fab and I'd use it again when required or if we have a special social engagement!”

“I have been going to Julie for over 2 years now with my 2 cavachons. I had previously visited a large well known salon in Redditch and my eldest dog used to be petrified and wee herself before going in due to being put in cages and the busyness of the salon. This is why I went to Julie who does only 1to1. Now whenever we walk past the salon daisy pulls me up to the door even on days when we are not booked in. Julie has always been 100% reliable and communicated brilliantly on all occasions. Upon drop off she always confirms collection times, even after all these years she still confirms. The below accusation implying Julie may have caused the dog to be destressed is so far from what my experiences are and knowing Julie for these years is far from who she is. She is calm and caring with both of my dogs. Even when I went on holiday she told me to give her business card to my dog sitter saying if there were any questions or issues to call her as she knows the dogs. Julie goes above and beyond and my dogs absolutely love her. I would never and shall never go anywhere else again. My dogs are happy and safe with here and come out looking and smelling amazing!”

“Debbie and Kirsty are amazing people, I am so glad they were part of my boy's life. They were so good with him, making him look tidy and handsome when I know he wasn't the easiest to work with. He always looked forward to his groom, tail wagging and couldn't wait to get in to see his stylists. Unfortunately we lost our beautiful boy last week. When Debbie and Kirsty found out they sent a lovely condolence card, and a memento bottle with some fur from his last groom. I doubt many groomers would go that extra mile, which shows that they really do care about their clients.”

“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”

“So happy with Otis’s first groom at Furdazzle today. After being told I would have to pay for two groomers elsewhere because of how snappy and aggressive Otis was, Vicky was happy to take him on. I used to hate leaving him at his old groomers where he would shake and be visibly afraid, at Furdazzle it was a different story, it was a lovely environment for him and I knew Vicky would take great care of him. When I picked him up he was clearly a happy boy, he looks great and I can’t believe what a difference it has made taking him here. Thanks Vicky, looking forward to bringing him again!”

“Finally found Cleo. She is a superb groomer for Jasper, our red persian cat. Been coming to her for years after very disappointing experiences elsewhere. Cleo is fantastic with animals and so kind to them. No one could groom Jasper properly until he went to Cleo. He is always so calm and relaxed when I pick him up. If I could give 100/10, I would.
