Absolutely lovely lady! Really connected well with my dachshund Dexter! He was being a little minx and she has taught both myself and Dexter how to deal with our emotions and his separation anxiety in order to make situations calm. Would 100% recommend to anyone having problems with their pet, a great service price too!

To cut a long story short, my rescue boy Rory had a few, shall we say trust issues, he had a lot of changes in his life and became anxious and scared about new environment's and people, he started to show signs of what everyone thought was aggession, we had to do something or we would lose him, so I contacted Michelle who came out to assess him and what happened was unbelievable, he would try to as I say "nibble" everyone that he didn't know but Michelle reassured him from the second she met him, he didn't bark, react or do any of the unsociable things he had been doing...anyway..he is so comfortable with Michelle that she now takes him for walks several times a week and the difference is amazing, he now is more himself, he's happy, loving life again and enjoying being out where before he was kept away from other dogs and people, he's now just calmer..absolutely amazing...cannot thank Michelle enough, she's not only there for your pooch but gives you advice and makes you feel confident to do the best for your dog, thank you..xx
Michelle came yesterday as we were experiencing problems with our 8 month old black labrador. She was with us for just over 1 hour and I cannot believe the difference, it is like someone has taken my dog and replaced him with a very obedient one. Walking him is now a pleasure instead of a chore and I cannot recommend Michelle's services highly enough.
I have just gone through the hardest experience that I have ever had with a dog. Daisy my 9 month old Airedale was jumping around in the back yard just over a week ago and strained her right Achilles’ tendon on her back foot. When it happened she ran around in circles looking around like someone was chasing her. She then wouldn’t go outside (back or front) and was constantly hiding as she couldn’t understand the pain that would suddenly appear. Amber from Paw Patrol saved the day. She came over and worked with her intensely in the back yard using behavioural modification methods and everyday she improved. It took a week for me to see her go out last night and pee in the backyard on her own. I cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed them. They also supported me through my husband’s illness and death with their dog walker Vicki even coming over and watching Daisy on the day of his funeral. They are a fantastic team and I am thankful for all the support the owner Michelle has given me as well. When you use this company you feel like you become part of a family. Thank you very much.
