“New customer here. The team helped my poorly cat this week. The vet was very Informative and helpful and was happy for me to ask any questions. Not rushed like most practices and made my boy all better. Even asked me to call up a day after to let them know how he was. Top class vets and service.”

My miniature poodle has many health problems but hasn’t been put off visiting the vets- in fact she can’t wait to get into the reception and treatment rooms. My dog willow came out looking like she stepped right out of a magazine! She was happy and looked absolutely amazing! “the best vets in my experience for small animals. i have used first vets on several occasions now for my guinea pigs, the most recent being for an emergency. we were able to get an emergency appointment within half an hour of phoning. the vets are not only knowledgeable but so kind as well. i have experienced different vets surgeries in the past who are afraid of small animals or have refused to touch them but nothing compares to the care both my guinea pig and i received at first vets. the vet we saw talked us through our options and didn’t make us feel rushed to make a decision. unfortunately, my guinea pig was put down but they handled her with dignity and respect, wrapping her in a clean blanket for me to take her home in. i must also praise the reception staff as well, who were so genuinely kind and compassionate. we were so very well looked after on a truly awful evening, i really am grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring vet practice in my area.”

“You get what you pay for, there is a reason it. Is called VALUE VETS, but saying that, the name doesent do it justice. It is a basic vets, but really your after the vets knowledge, not a fancy comfy seat in a waiting room? Very thorough the vet is here, will take time to. Check over everything and help you out with great advice as well. If I had to mark it down for anything and being picky here, I wasn't told that it would cost me additional to clear my dogs anal glands, I had to ask for a proper recipt..... But I am being a awkward git here, it just would of been nice to know first. All round, good vets will take my wonderful dog here again if required.”
