Local store as West Brom branch shut down years ago which is a great shame. The click and collect was a shambles and took almost 15-20 minutes and it wasn't busy at all, almost 7-9 other people so why did it take this long. This was disappointing as l could have picked these items up and paid for them quicker at the till. Shop looked like it's about to close down with the shelves not stocked how they normally are. I was disappointed by this and it looked like a mess to be rather frank. It's location is great with plenty of free parking but this service was lacking in many areas. Prices are affordable for most folk which is good and the quality is generally always good. Overall l recommend this branch for all your DIY, garden and automotive needs. We'll go to Wilko should be the new slogan.

Great staff, stock levels on some items are a bit erratic but plenty of reasonably priced alternatives, offer/promotion items are usually well stocked and plenty of the current season items usually available. Great prices in general; often cheaper than main grocery stores for health, beauty and cleaning products. I highly reccomend wilkos paint ( any above the budget one), far better quality than main diy stores own range! Parking is good but slow getting in and out of the the whole complex. Queues are minimal compared to other stores in the location. Pictures show ( satin quick dry gloss on doors + fridge?* , wall and ceiling paint on everywhere else)

Good customer service. I had to return an item because there were some missing parts. I'd lost my receipt but it didn't matter. The cashier was very polite and friendly. After telling her when I'd bought the item and a quick scan of the bar code I was able to exchange the item for one with all the parts. Very pleased.

Wilko paint is cheap quality, customer service assistant Michelle refund to take it back when the wilko brand states "28 days price promise" she was like we do not refund open items, clearly she wasn't trained!! And had to call her manager as clearly whats written on the paint tub was correct! She was ignoring what i was telling her!! Customer is always RIGHT!! Please train yur staff for product knowledge!
