Aww, my little Voidling (not her real name, just a nickname!) Was very brave and loved going, even if her first trip was the restart of immunisation, followed by a trip for claw clipping to be followed by the 2nd jab soon. She may be about 10 (is a rescue) but no fights or scrambles to get away, the staff were so friendly and seemed to charm her! I am so glad we registered here.

Have been using Scott Arms Vets for over 10 years now and have always found both the staff and vets professional and caring. They take excellent care of my 3 Pugs who are all adopted. I trust them explicitly and the vet is always caring and explains everything including future treatments and costs.

New customer here. The team helped my poorly cat this week. The vet was very Informative and helpful and was happy for me to ask any questions. Not rushed like most practices and made my boy all better. Even asked me to call up a day after to let them know how he was. Top class vets and service.

I wouldnt take my furr babies anywhere else, not only are the vets and vet nurses professional,as are the reception colleagues, but when theres heart break they are so kind and supportive of myself and children, our cats arnt just family members they are wellness animals for my disabled kids, and i put my trust in the team at scotts, and cant recomend them highly enough

Been using the vets for years, no issues but pricing is abit much for a basic vaccination!

We took our 13 year old cat to be PTS as he’d been suffering with kidney failure from the age of 2. I am torn on this review, as they did save his life 10 years ago, but when we took him in to be pts, there wasn’t much compassion, we weren’t asked if we wanted to have a moment with him before or after, it all seemed a bit rushed which added to the grief of our experience, over all they are knowledgeable, and professional, but the human side of it wasn’t there and it felt cold and awkward.
