I can't fault this place . My beloved cat was diagnosed with osteoarthritis. The receptionist staff have always been kind and thoughtful, explaining the medication. Also if I need to call the reception staff are always kind and caring. The Vet/ Surgeon Victor Daniel Garcia was exceptional with my Cat Sherlock. He genuinely showed care and compassion and kindness . He went above and beyond went Sherlock was diagnosed with anemia, checking him over for his own peace of mind . I cannot thank him enough, sadly my Sherlock passed away peacefully. I called up to cancel his appointments . The receptionist was so kind and sympathetic. It isn't always about money as I feel they all genuinely care . Keep up your kindness and compassion THANK YOU

I think this place is a rip off, I brought my cat Luna in for her booster shots I asked the vet to take a look at her eyes and she prescribed some eye drops. When I got to the reception desk I asked for the prescription so I could attempt to get the eye drops elsewhere. The woman at the reception lied and said they were prescribed and I couldnβt get them online which is a lie Iβve found the same eyedrops online for Β£10 and they charged me Β£40 for the same one. All I needed was a written prescription, disgusting just to get money Iβll be returning the drops for a refund and I will register Luna somewhere else canβt trust crafty money grabbers with my girls health

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the vet at the Dyas road branch. I had brought my Bengal cat Muezza in due to him not eating anything for a day or two. He also didnβt seem himself and was very quiet. The reception was fine as was the receptionist. When I walked in to the assessment room with the vet, I feel his behaviour, professionalism and conduct was unacceptable. I would have made a formal complaint or even spoke up within the room however just wanted my cat to be seen too as he obviously was not well. The vet tried to pull my cat out of his carrier, and throughout was very very aggressive when handling my cat. Get stated, he is aggressive so you should get him out. Our Bengal is a 9 year old family pet who is trusted and loved around our 2 month old baby and children . He is in no way aggressive. He then nan handled the cat, and gave him some injections and done his temperature. He then gave the cat some antibiotics and another injection. When I went to the till I was astounded at the costs. Nobody had informed me what the injections where and how much they would cost/l. The receptionist just put some medicine in the box without explaining how to administer medicine to my pet. I had to ask her this and she then explained. Customer service is such an important part of a business, itβs what brings people back again. Iβm sorry to say the customer service and treatment of my animal was disgusting and unacceptable and I would most definitely recommend some training for your vet on his people skills and treatment of animals .

The kingstanding branch is awesome. Quick, friend staff. Very clean too. Unlike the New hall branch.

Can't recommend this vets enough. The staff were amazing and kind when dealing with the death of my cat recently who was sadly found by a member of public and taken to this vets. From the initial phone call to collecting my cat the staff showed such care and compassion. I also recieved a sympathy card days later in the post with a paw print of my cat which ment so much to me. Thank you to all the staff at dyas vets for being so kind and caring.

Great experience but not very easy to find on the chester road sign is not very noticeable, you look for a vets and it's a big White House among the other white houses that people live in.
