   I took my father's senior cat into the Veterinary Clinic in January 2025 because he had a chronic skin problem. An appointment was booked for later that day. After a short wait (due to the vet operating on another pet) I explained the symptoms & the cat was examined. Immediately, the vet identified the issue & explained how it could be remedied. Within 2 weeks we could see a marked improvement & I continued to administer the medication for a further 2 months. The cat now looks great & is in good health again. I would highly recommend the Veterinary Clinic. The staff are friendly, professional & clearly have the expertise, which is very much needed especially when a pet is ill. A well-deserved 5 stars. Thank you✨️

   I can not thank all the staff at the vets. They took great care of my dog, who had to go in for dental cleaning and the removal of two of his teeth. They explained everything to me what to expect after as lm a great worrier when it comes to my best buddy. So THANKYOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING.

   Bit of a late review - better late than never. I left this veterinary practice really upset. Took my senior cat in for a check up around April/May 2024 due to her not being well. I found the vet I saw to be quite cold and judgemental. My cat was 17 years at the time and had become frail and thin. This was pointed out and left me feeling as though I'd been starving and mistreating my cat. My cat was adminstered meds which helped however, the entire explanation and process of this was not explained. I left with a whopping bill. Safe to say that I will not be using this practice again when registering other pets.

   My dodgy had two lumps that needed removing. The pre, post surgery was excellent. Explained everything, went through options, were clear on costs and aftercare needed. All appointments were pre booked and compassion was given for this worried dog mom. Thanks to all at Great Barr surgery.

   Would not recommend, over a year taking our elderly dog for his Librela injection. Hit & Miss if you see the same vet so no consistency. Last appointment 9:30 got there to be told the injection hadn’t arrived come back at 4:30! Didn’t have the decency to call us prior to tell us !!! so put an elderly dog who hates the vets under more stress! Asked if we could ask a quick question only to be told yes but you will have to pay another consultation fee! When we replied ok will wait to ask at 4:30 the vet huffed & stormed off. What an absolute disgrace & confirmed my fears that it’s all about making MONEY!

   My cat was very poorly with cancer & northside vets were amazing & very sympathetic. They helped me make the right choice & they were available around the clock when I needed them. They helped me choose my cats casket too as at the time I was distraught. I recommend for emergencies, no wait times, no appointments & very understanding

   Absolutely shocking treatment and service, took my dog here 4 times over a 5 month period for the same skin condition. Different reason given for why she had the condition given every time but provided the same treatment. Went back again on the 22/12/21 and the vet said the treatment should never have been stopped and she will need it for the rest ofvher life. Not a problem as money is not important when it comes to a member of your own family. I call back on the 11/1/22 for this months treatment was advised I was only getting 14 days worth of treatment as they wanted to make sure it was working! At this point I had spent over £1500 and to be now told by the receptionist that they was still working out what treatment to use after giving the same treatment 5 times now was unacceptable. After asking questions and requesting to speak to the vet the Receptionist got very rude and stuck up. She put the phone down and when I called back said I was banned and head office would be in touch. Take my advise and do not trust these cowboys with your pets

   Happy with the clinic, went there to get pet passport and vaccination done for my cat. Great experience and happened so that I mixed up the clinics and was late, but they were understanding and did not have issue with me being late
