   I went on the store today in search for items for my hamster, I also wanted to buy the cage that had been greatly set up to find out it had been sold just an hour earlier! I spoke to sasha and she was so helpful in what I could buy and do - I think it's amazing that this kind of thing can be shown in store & should be a constant dispaly to new customers to show what you actually need for a hamster, not some cheap small cage which is way too small and not appropriate for hamsters. Pleasseeee can you do more of these display cages in all your stores?! Photo below of what was instore that intended know buying. WELL DONE WORCESTER & SASHA for doing this.

   Just wow!! How amazing was it to go into the shop after travelling all the way from Gloucester to pick something to see a pet store that has so many hamster safe products, still a few that need looking at.. but someone had gone to the effort of building a complete set up at the back of the store, I’m sick of going in Pets at home and seeing all the unsafe cages, to walk in this store and see such a lovely set up, just for pets you did good, and credit to whoever did this set up ❤️

   Good little pet shop with a wide range of dried natural dog treats such as bunny ears, chicken feet and puffed pigs snouts. Our dog loves them all. Can usually get £5 for a bag of 10 ears which goes down a treat with our piggy spaniel.

   Recently, I visited Just For Pets in Worcester in preparation for getting a bunny. I was absolutely amazed by the staff! It was close to closing time so I should imagine they were getting tired. But you wouldn't have noticed that- their customer service was impeccable. 1 member of Staff in particular stood out to me. Lee was very accommodating from start to finish - showing me where to find the rabbit things, suggesting good things to buy- as a first time rabbit owner I wasn't too sure-and even taking the hutch to the tills for me while I carried on shopping. He was very pleasant and happy to help and chat all the way until I left the store. He really is a credit to the store. Thank you everybody at Just for Pets for making such a stressful shopping trip so easy! 10/10 would recommend

   Incredible customer service , my puppies wernt doing very well on the previous food and I was very stressed as I had tried many different brands and couldn’t get their belly’s to settle. Dan listened to my worries and was really informative and compassionate and recommend me different food the pups belly’s have settled and they are happy babies again! Can’t thank you guys enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

   Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will devote their time to your pet's needs and deliver excellent customer service. The store contains a superb selection of quality dog food, including a well stocked freezer section with a vast range of raw meals. The deli section has everything from puppy safe rabbit ears, strings of deli sausages and long lasting bones for the larger breeds. Just for Pets also cater for small animal, cat, reptiles and wild bird.
