“Changed to Brentknoll after poor service from previous vets who I had been with for over 20 years. They could not get my dog in for check up for an ear infection as deemed it "non urgent" and could only offer me appointments several days later (initially called on the Saturday and told to call back Monday and then when called back on the Monday was only offered their practice 8 miles away or the next day - by which time my dog was in agony). Brentknoll were lovely from the moment I called and got me in within a couple of hours. Lovely service and sorted her out so wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Transferred to Brentknoll from now on and will avoid the other vets like the plague!”

On the day, they were all fabulous, Steve did a great job, they called to let me know how things went as promised and the after care has been fantastic. How amazing was it to go into the shop after travelling all the way from Gloucester to pick something to see a pet store that has so many hamster safe products, still a few that need looking at.. but someone had gone to the effort of building a complete set up at the back of the store, I’m sick of going in Pets at home and seeing all the unsafe cages, to walk in this store and see such a lovely set up, just for pets you did good, and credit to whoever did this set up ❤️”

“We had the most idyllic stay in the Old Dairy at Rowley Farm. The cottage was clean, cosy, and exceptionally dog friendly - with an enclosed garden that was perfect for our dachshund to roam around safely. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack full of goodies from local businesses, and a very detailed visitors guide that helped us get settled into the property. The bed and shower were particular highlights, as well as the incredible wood fired hot tub. There are lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area, and some brilliant shops just a short drive away from the cottages. We highly recommended a stay at the Old Dairy, and can’t wait to visit again in the future.”

The setting is stunning, the rooms are lovely, the food was absolutely incredible and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa and had a treatment which was fantastic. It's expensive but worth it.”

“Not long back for The Baiting House, and honestly… wow. We stayed in the lodge with the hot tub, and it was absolutely spotless and beautifully set up—such a relaxing spot to unwind. Dinner in the restaurant was next-level. The vibes, the atmosphere, everything just clicked. The service? Supreme. The maitre d’ running the floor was incredible—we’d happily come back just to be looked after by him again. Now, the food. The mains? Absolutely sensational. Every bite was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. I do have to say, the desserts didn’t quite match up to the brilliance of the mains—they were a little underwhelming in comparison—but that’s a tiny blip in an otherwise flawless experience. Honestly, I can’t fault a thing. From accommodation to dining to service, it’s all top-tier. Definitely a 10/10 from me, and I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Already planning our next visit!”

“We stayed at 'The Bell inn' overnight as we were visiting Worcester races for the afternoon and didn't want to take the long journey home after the event. The Bell didn't disappoint, rooms were very spacious, the decor was tasteful, our room had a lovely en-suite, there was Tea making facilities, with well stocked Tea tray. A nice touch was a little fridge with bottles of water, and fresh milk! We also dined at the Inn, the menu was comprehensive, and would suit all tastes. The food when it arrived was 'Superb' , well cooked and well presented! The staff worked very hard, and were very efficient and polite... couldn't do enough for us! The Inn is a typical country inn, its situated on a road junction so there is some road noise through the night, but for us this didn't cause any undue distress!!”

“I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian Marie and the rest of the dedicated members of staff that looked after our super special neurotic Cupcake yesterday before during and after her operation because she was SUPER stressed Marie gave Cuppy her pre med to settle her straight away on arrival even delaying her arrival so she didn't have to wait getting more and more stressed waiting for her operation Ian performed her operation and then she was constantly monitored during recovery (Cuppy is a French Bulldog with severe breathing problems and doesn't settle anywhere but her home) I was informed regularly informing me how she was doing. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Cupcakes and my treatment I have been attending this clinic since it started they have constantly taken care of my numerous dogs during this time but because Cupcake is a very demanding needs dog they all went even more than above and beyond with her care!!! All that's left to say is THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING EXCELLENT CARE OF CUPCAKE.”

Would not take my boys anywhere else.. can’t thank them enough for what they do, as my one dog would not leave my side , but Ed and Tan knew how to deal with this and I was so grateful.. never thought it would be possible to leave Harvey even for a few hours but Tan and Ed had him for over a week.. can not recommend then enough. “I always take our scottish terriers here to be groomed, the dogs love Abi which puts my mind at rest. Her attention to detail is brilliant, my dogs always look smart and come out of there happy. I can fully recommend this dog groomers.”
