Super boarding kennel. Kevin and co are great with Ollie and he always comes home healthy and happy. Good location just outside Worcester with lots of nice space for the dogs.

Avoid this place! Kevin was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had an informal meeting scheduled for 10 AM last week, but due to unexpected engine issues, I was unable to attend. Despite this, we weren’t even scheduled to see inside the kennels. The whole process felt disorganised, and his attitude was dismissive. When I inquired about receiving updates on dogs during long stays, his response was, "It’s hard to keep you updated—why would you need that, you’re on holiday" I found this incredibly inconsiderate. I attempted to call multiple times throughout the week with no response. As a last resort, I messaged via WhatsApp, only to be told that they could no longer accommodate our dog—despite our trip being just two weeks away. He bluntly stated that because I didn’t show up, he no longer wanted to deal with us. To make matters worse, we’ve been dealing with a serious family emergency this week, adding to an already stressful situation. Kevin showed no empathy whatsoever. Very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Just returned home from picking our Labrador up from another stay at Five Oaks. As always he was happy to run in tail wagging, 11 days later he is home clean, well fed and happy from 11 days of happy playing. Thank you again Kevin and Debbie for taking such great care of our "baby"

Highly recommended. I lefy my boy there for 12 days (first time in kennels) and they kept in contact with how he was. Pictures and he was so happy while he was in there. Only place i will trust in lucking after my fur baby. Well worth the 1hr drive to take him. 5*

Had to put my puppy Rhodesian Ridgeback rolling for 7 weeks. Weighed the same when he came out as he did when he went in. Ribs, spine and hips were showing. Massive Sores on both front ankles. Damage to his tail. Damaged ear lobes. Small sores in other places. I was advised if i went to visit him it would disrupt his stay and for the whole time i was reassured he was fine and happy. Waited for 3 weeks for promised photos of him but after excuse after excuse and not getting any I went to see him as I felt something was wrong. Needless to say I removed him from this kennel that very same day as he was in such a poor mental and physical state. Not once did he get referred to their "24 hour on hand vet" but he was self treated by Five oaks staff with sudocream on his front ankles. Not once was I informed of his detiriation. I took him to the vets 2 days after I got him after I was able to feed him and put weight on him and that's when he weighed 32kg the same as when he went in 7 weeks prior. The vets fees cost me £94 including treatment for all worms and fleas of which five oaks wanted a copy of the vets reference so they could recover the fees but did not follow through with that. My pup was 7 months old when he went in and needed 3 meals a day. It cost £105 per week for his stay their and was so poorly treated. How anyone could treat animals like this I would never know. Please keep your loved ones away from this place. Shameful

Great kennels. Friendly feel, the owners fit me in at really short notice and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

Always at ease knowing that our beast is happy there. He's an 8 year old staffie and has been going since he was a puppy. Kevin and his daughter are always welcoming and will always find room for him even at short notice. They know him so well they even have his favourite pen for him. Can't be happier with his care and their service.

Whenever we go on holiday we leave our dogs at Five Oaks Kennels. We never had any problems. They are quite flexible and very friendly. Most importantly our dogs don't really want to go back when their stay comes to an end. This proves they are well looked after!
