This a pet owner's dream. It is bright and inviting. An excellent selection of products everything your dog needs. Raw meat and veg frozen in small dogs especially for small dogs. Kibble, the whole gambit of dog foods is available. Toys, treats, fish oils. Plus parking a great advantage.
Very well stocked shop with all ranges of dog and cat products. I like to feed my pets healthy and this is the only place in Worcester where I can find best quality natural food. My pets love it.

First time visiting this store. Great range of stock... but very expensive and the staff in there are rude. 2 or 3 women and a man... not one acknowledged us during our walk round. I bought a bag of feed. The man slammed the phone down, scanned my item, I thought it must be free as he didn’t speak to me or tell me how much I owed him! Not a thanks, goodbye, kiss my arse or anything. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. A Customer Service course would be good for all the staff!
