I couldn't ask for better care for my dog. I have been using this vets for 2 years now. They have always been supportive and available. The staff from receptions, nurses, to the vets are all such friendly and helpful people. They genuinely care about each animal and do thier best to answer any questions you have. They put the animals wellbeing above profit margins and work with you to find the best solution for your pet that you are comfortable with. The pet plan options they provide make basic care for your pet affordable and are worth looking at. I couldn't praise them enough. My dog actually loves going to the vets and waits by the door to go.

We couldn't be happier with the team at Lowesmoor House Vets. From the moment you step through the door, the atmosphere is incredibly calming, which is a huge benefit, especially for our noisy cat! The reception staff are always welcoming and efficient and the clinical staff are truly exceptional. Their bedside manner is superb, showing genuine care and respect. It's clear they are passionate about the animals and not just their jobs (which is a massive difference compared to previous practices we've used). Communication is fantastic too, we really appreciate the regular updates via text and email as I'm quite forgetful! Highly recommended!

Cannot fault the people who work here. They provided the ultimate care and love for our dog in his hour of need. Hated leaving him but absolutely knew he would be treated with respect and kindness. This goes across the board from vets, nurses and admin and anyone else who works there to keep it functioning. Heart felt thank you Jamie, Kelly, Stan and Olly the dog with 9 lives......

I couldn't recommend this practice enough, our dog has finally got to the age in her life where she has now started to suffer with arthritis. The information and advice we have been given has been excellent. We have been using Lowesmoor for the last nearly 2 years and I can't fault them. Our dog is fairly vocal when other dogs are around so to allow us to use a different entrance if there are other dogs to keep stress levels down for everyone is brilliant. Everyone is friendly, helpful and it just helps make the expierence a lot more positive.

I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional care Arthur receives at Lowesmoor Vets. From routine check-ups to his rather unique nail needs, they consistently go above and beyond. It's truly a testament to their compassionate and skilled team that Arthur genuinely loves visiting the vet! He practically prances through the door, knowing he's in for a fuss and plenty of attention from everyone. This level of comfort and happiness in what can often be a stressful environment for pets is a direct result of the gentle and caring approach taken by all the staff. For Arthur's regular, somewhat unusual nail appointments, they are always incredibly patient and thorough, making sure he's comfortable throughout. Beyond that, for all his normal needs, the veterinary team provides top-notch medical care, clear explanations, and always makes us feel like Arthur is their top priority. If you're looking for a veterinary practice that combines expertise with genuine warmth and ensures your pet feels loved and well-cared for, look no further than Lowesmoor Vets. Thank you for everything you do for Arthur!

Always a warm welcome, kind caring and knowledgeable staff. Considerate with one of our dogs who gets very nervous and tries alternative methods to get treatment done while minimising his anxiety!

I can highly recommend Lowesmoor House Vet. We have an old boy who is suffering from heart disease and they have swiftly diagnosed him and put him on meds that instantly helped, we get a bit panicky if he faints etc but they always put our minds at ease, they are very delicate and compassionate and don't mind me calling with all the questions! Even when it comes to realising that he isn't going to be around for much longer they make it sound a bit better with ensuring he lives best life as he possibly could for the rest of his time. Really appreciate the care our dog gets from Lowesmoor Vet.
