They really looked after my cat Diego who had to stay in for a week when he wasnt well. They allowed me to come and visit him during that time which was very reassuring. All staff were so lovely and kind to me. I really appreciated everything they did.
I just want to say a massive thank you to Ian Marie and the rest of the dedicated members of staff that looked after our super special neurotic Cupcake yesterday before during and after her operation because she was SUPER stressed Marie gave Cuppy her pre med to settle her straight away on arrival even delaying her arrival so she didn't have to wait getting more and more stressed waiting for her operation Ian performed her operation and then she was constantly monitored during recovery (Cuppy is a French Bulldog with severe breathing problems and doesn't settle anywhere but her home) I was informed regularly informing me how she was doing. I am SUPER IMPRESSED with Cupcakes and my treatment I have been attending this clinic since it started they have constantly taken care of my numerous dogs during this time but because Cupcake is a very demanding needs dog they all went even more than above and beyond with her care!!! All that's left to say is THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING EXCELLENT CARE OF CUPCAKE.
Amazing vets. Very reasonable costing. Superb staff and very caring. We have had dealing multiple times and this will continue. They have took good care our cats in life and death with respect. Thanks guys x
Unable! Unable to use safety equipment. Unable to communicate in a professional manner. Unable to deal with special needs in humans or animals. Awful service today from a rather rude bunch of staff. There was nothing done other than wasting my time and stressing my dog out. If you are going to leave your animal I the hands of these people stop and think would you trust someone to care for your loved family member? Especially if that someone doesn't think about safety or the wellbeing of that said loved one. Wasted my time but potentially saved my dog by ringing me up and telling me they were unable. I had to video the collection of my dog as I was growled at by a member of staff and then when barked back they tried to teach me how to talk to others! Don't talk to me like you know me! Edit my original review. If you are aiming to keep people safe why not go with the safety equipment first rather than sticking a big needle in a clearly reactive dog..you had been given prior notice. I recorded myself for my safety and for the sake of future reference. Nothing your staff did was worth recording other than the way I was spoken to.
Ambleside vets, looked after our beautiful cat while she was sick over Christmas. She was 15 and very much part of the family . They did everything they could for her . We were heartbroken to have to say goodbye to her this week . Lauren and her whole team were courteous and caring throughout . They allowed us to spend time with her first , and to be with her at the end . They truly gave her the best medical care , and were so sympathetic at the end . I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend Ambleside vets . Who have treated our beloved Twinky over the last 15 years . Thankyou x
Great vets, really care about the animals and not the money! Have sorted my cats and dogs out swiftly and evennsaved my one dog from an allergic reaction that a previous veterinary centre caused. 100% recommend
Several times I have taken my dogs to the vets and they've always been looked after. Staff always have the pets health first and aren't money focuses. Reasonably priced too!
